Hey! Was just looking @ proposals for the General Assembly, and noticed the proposal "Establish Uniform Rules Of Criminal Procedure"-- it seemed to have pretty fair outlined guidelines, and I think the process of establishing legal uniformity in criminal law procedure seems fairly important/beneficial to me. Not sure if you already looked at it or found something problematic within the bill (in which case please lmk so I can re-evaluate) but I'd like to ask @ SLD, our awesome regional delegate, if you'd approve it so it goes to the general forum!
