To the Confederation,

A short while ago, various Confederation offices received the following letter from Rossiyaana, Kafair, and The north american powers:

At the time of its sending, the Civil Congress consisted of only five Representatives; the three having penned this letter, then, act as a majority voice.

Thus, the Supreme Council, subject to the laws of the Civil Congress Act 2019 and having sought authorisation from the Imperial Cabinet, is left with no choice but to begin impeachment proceedings against the incumbent Congress Chairman, Udutai Choban of Khanbaliq Mongolia, effective immediately.

The Congress Chairman or any party representing his interests, or the interests of Khanbaliq Mongolia, is encouraged to make a statement.
