Not precisely. I was more referring to and intent to challenge the Chairman during the next election. The Chairman’s term will expire naturally in a month I believe.

It is also seemingly impractical to pursue Article 5.5 as that would require 51% of the Civil Congress, which includes all WA nations. I don’t think that high a number even participates in the Civil Congress. So while tempting in the circumstance, we will not pursue impeachment at this time.
