A presumably alien message has arrived from space, across all radio and TV in the galaxy. Scientists estimate it is within the galaxy due to the minimal amount of red-shift in the TV broadcast

"An eye and thirty pieces of silver is all that's needed for victory."

Those were all the words that could be heard. The rest seemed to be in a faux-alien language, perhaps butchered Latin. The TV screens flashed with the banner.
