Heavenliada is working for DACOROMANIA and owned by him. In fact I have lot of work in life and in game.

In NS I'm working on a project by which I want to bring closer friendship with other regions, to improve relations and even defense cooperation. As example, the most of regions do not have an active military service, and are unable to promote their interests. My project will be based on a treaty between regions.

Byzanthia, you can help me with something, hopefully your friends too. You don't have a WA nation at the moment, but you can create a second one for WA membership as resident or citizen in my region Roman Byzantine Union for the purpose of creating a military and diplomatic force in NS. I would be glad also if your secondary nation could help as officer in my regional administration because I will need more friends and partners by my side.
Your main (first) nation stay in your home region, of course.
San macalin and The former state of massachusetts are WA members and Ministers in Empire of Galea and also governing members of your region The United Coalition of Nation States. If they want they can convince Galea for a Treaty benefits.

What I propose is if these 3 regions could be partners of the same treaty.

However, for UCNS to get my government approval as Treaty member I would need you to help me with a WA nation in active duty in my regional administration. Because my officers and citizens are a bit restrictive and they want to see real benefits.
