New General Assembly Resolution
The resolution "Greenhouse Gas Cap And Trade Program" is at vote here.

The main arguments

FOR:
- The resolution provides a method of reducing global emissions without killing economies which rely on them, by allowing nations to trade emissions credits
- More emissions credits will be assigned to poorer nations, who may struggle to change their economies or buy more credits
- The resolution has a joke in it, and more resolutions should contain humour

AGAINST:
- Poorer nations may still be too poor to buy the extra emission credits necessary to remain below the cap
- Global warming was made up by the WA to ruin everybody's economies
- The resolution has a joke in it, which disrespects the integrity of the WA

I'd love to know everybody's opinions on this resolution!
