Each and every nation in the Empire must follow these laws and and will receive these rights. The only way these Laws and/or rights can be changed is by a 2/3 vote in an Imperial only poll.

Individual Nation Laws:

• 1. No Treason

• 2. No Terrorism (we are not savages)

• 3. Must follow passed law.

Individual Nation Rights:

• 1. Right to run Nation as see fit.

• 2. Freedom of religion

• 3. Freedom of political stance

• 4. Freedom of speech

• 5. Right to protest.

• 6. Right to free markets.

• 6. Right to have diplomatic relations with others.

• 8. Right to Overthrow Government if it's Tyrannical.

• 9. Right to keep and bare arms.

Imperial Laws:

• 1. Delegate Serves 1 month Terms.

• 2. Delegate May be Re-elected up to 5 (non consecutive) terms.

• 3. Laws will be passed through polls.

• 4. Must defend member's rights.

• 5. Threats to Empire and it's Allies must be eliminated.

• 6. Must protect Imperial members of the Empire.

• 7. Constitution Must be Upheld

• 8. Must Provide Developing Region Nations with Funding

• 9. Senators shall be elected through polls

Creation of a new law:

Laws will be proposed on a region's message board of if a proposal is approved in that region then that region's Senator will present the proposal on the regional message board of the Imperial capital [nation]Raxus Triari[/region], if the post is approved by 2 thirds of the Senators it will then be sent to the Sovereign, who can either veto it, send it back to be edited, or approve it, if the proposal is approved by the Sovereign it will then be put into the polls of all regions with a Senator and Governor and the populace will vote on the proposal, if two thirds of the voting regions vote in favor of the proposal it will then become law.
