Attention Elparia,

As a few of you may have noticed, the government has been replaced.

Due to the events that happened before, of a certain couping that has happened, we, the government in exile* have been planning to return Elparia to its former self, one where the government was never exiled, nor dismissed. To return Elparia to the region it is supposed to be.

I wish this to be a easy transition, those who were dismissed not to hold a grudge, but to help us as a region, to grow. We only wish to continue where we were dismissed for no reason, to continue before Whales (*read: New Ducklands*) antics had us thrown out.

I have proven that, from my dismissal, you can still be in the government, no matter the case. I wish that those interested to help the region can still help! I do seek to continue to improve Elparia.

With allies such as Lily, and Hydra, Elparia will be a formidable region in NationStates, and I wish you will still stay, and grow, and improve. I will continue to do as I said I would when being first elected.
