The Jugoslav Thaw
He was on a field playing but he wasn't himself. He was watching someone else, who went by the name of Milosevic and saw a calendar on the wall, it was the 60's and he heard thundering in the fields. Looking out he watched as the horses trampled the boy named Milosevic and suddenly, the scene faded. General Željko StarÄeviÄ looked at the cieling, it was that dream again. Some retarded Serbian kid who got killed by horses, he'd looked into it earlier and everything followed through fine. Although he had no idea why the dream was happening. Yugoslavia had remained a Stratocracy since the military coup in the 80's having removed most Serbian and Slovenian nationalists from the government and abolishing the constitution while the Republics militias seized the state. Forming one overarching military body which has overseen governance for the past few decades. That is until now.

On this day, it was announced a thaw would occur, with Yugoslavia receiving a new constitution with each military jurisdiction being reformed to separate regions. Regions that would be centralized over one Presidential authority within Belgrade with elections available from each regional candidate every 8 years. This move is to remove the clogging of disagreement and competition within the armed forces, but also implement legitimate judicial and political leadership within the Jugoslavian state. Despite the Stratocracies ability to retain peace within the country for so long now is time for reform. The economy, mostly handled by the Croats and Slovenes was never really interfered with by the military unless it got in the way of their projects. Which required buildup of infrastructure throughout the entire nation, helping build the other jurisdictions economy as well so that the Slovenian and Croatian districts wouldn't have to carry the rest of Jugoslavia. Also aiding in lowering discontent and envy among the Jugoslavians. For the past 15 years the Stratocracy has been ran by General Željko StarÄeviÄ and Field Marshal Dragoslav Gišić. This move to thaw the nation, was largely come into agreement between all jurisdictions, only accepted by Serbia via Albanian jurisdiction of Kosovo being split in half between the two jurisdictions and keeping the territory a demilitarized jurisdiction between the two states. With a line drawn halfway through the district for Albanians and Serbian to live respectively.

The Economy
The economy which has seen management and guidance by the Croatian and Slovenian Jurisdictions, while the Serbian and Bulgarian jurisdictions handled the military and Albanians foreign policy and external affairs has allowed a balance of power within the Stratocracy ensuring jurisdictions are given equal representation while handling their own strengths.

This coupled with peace within the region and among the jurisdictions after the coup has allowed the Jugoslavian GDP to rise significantly compared to, had the state galvanized like many feared after Trio's death with the rise of ultranationalist Albanian and Serbian Presidents looking to keep from becoming marginalized within the SFR before unitarianist militia and army leadership decided to remove the candidates and sympathizers from political office and seizing power. While keepin from meddling within internal affairs regarding the economy for the most part. The current GDP per Jurisdiction of Jugoslavia currently lies below;

Slovenia: 27,650
Croatia: 19,660
Serbia: 14,280
Vojvodina: 19,810
Central Serbia: 14,750
Kosovo: 5,070
Montenegro: 11,980
Bosnia: 10,690
Macedonia: 9,980
Albania: 4,146
Bulgaria: 7,350
Yugoslavia: 26,556
