I mean no disrespect ma'am and maybe it's not my place to say, but he has every right to judge. He is a resident of this region and as such, he can voice his opinions. If he thinks Angvar's influence/friendship here is not beneficial, who are you to stop him? Why shouldn't he give criticism? I get that this is fascism and not a democracy, but he can still say what he thinks is best. That doesn't mean it'll be enforced with actions.
