On the issue of judges I think one judge for up to 49 nations is too little. I think three judges until 100 nations and then after 100 nations increase the number of judges by 1 for every 50 new nations. Also I think it is important that a President be able to nominate to the legislative assembly but perhaps the President and the nominee's vote won't count. I think that should satisfy your concern on +2 votes.
I think the interim govt should continue, but I also think that it is important for the nations of this beautiful region to elect a government as soon as possible which is why Ithink the first elections should be held on August 27th, 2017

On the Judge issue I have little bit of a problem right now because with put three judges right now with only 5 World Assembly Nations currently residing will cause that the 60% of the region will be in the judicial branch when the judicial branch should be the less occupy and less subject to change branch of the government. Again not saying the should be one judge but I think the format proposal in the constitution will work. We can lower the number to ease your doubts. One Regional Judge with the first 25 WA Nations, 2 more Judges with the 35 WA Nations and 2 more with 50+WA Nations, so there will be one judge per every 10 WA Nations resident.

Dont think the President should nominate judges and have them vote in legislative council due to President is Ex-officio member of the Legislative Council meaning the president has all same rights as any WA Nation in the Council. I believe Judges should be win their post with the votes of their peers (WA Nations)

I dont think the region should have a strong republican format of government but a somewhat parliamentary system. I believe the main power should enmated from the Legislative Branch where one day (hopefully soon) be the biggest and the most representative branch in the region.
