Chiming in on the net neutrality and competition point: Net neutrality is not (yet) a big issue in Australia, but we don't (yet) suffer from the issues seen in America because the owners of telecommunications infrastructure are required by law to sell wholesale access to their competitors, enabling competition in the market.
