Greetings, Anime4fun! There are basically two ways to increase your regional influence--spending time in the region and (if you're a member of the World Assembly) getting endorsements from other WA members in the region.

If you're asking how to increase the region's influence vis-a-vis the other regions in the game, just get more regional members to join the WA and endorse the regional WA Delegate (Yours Truly here). Currently we have 11 endorsements, which makes Anime a small-to-middling region in the great scheme of things.
