Persia News Agency - BREAKING NEWS: Shah Hassan ousted!
This morning, Prince Ardeshir and his supporters, mainly from the Afsharid Persian Armed Forces reached Tehran and led a coup that ousted his brother Shah Hassan. The army was able to take Tehran easily, as they were met with very little resistance. The people of Tehran fully supported and even aided the Prince and his army in the fight against his Fascist brother. There was some intense battles at first between the Army and the Fascist forces, but the tide was quickly turned as the Fascist forces were outnumbered and spread thin. The police, who were previously under command of the Fascists, also defected to Prince Ardeshir's aid when they saw the army.
Within hours, the Grand Palace was stormed and Shah Hassan was captured. There are reports that he would not surrender even when his brother's forces had entered the Palace, but Ardeshir ordered that he not be killed, and captured alive instead, for he could not bear to be the murderer of his brother, no matter how evil he may have become.
After the coup, the Prince officially declared himself Shah, and said that formal coronation would be held later.
"My People! I have come to free our nation of the shackles of oppression that my brother had brought upon this nation, and to restore the honor that was lost! I announce myself, Ardeshir Shah! The 14th Shah of the Afsharid Dynasty of Persia!" Claimed the young Shah, as the crowd outside the palace cheered.
"I also wish to announce the cancellation of my brother's 'Arabian Campaign'. We are not a warmongering nation, and do not wish to rid the region of our Arab neighbors, but instead, to form strong alliances that will help boost the stability of the region! My government will also work hard to restore power to the Middle East Triple Alliance that was created by my late father, may he rest in peace."
Many arrests were made throughout the day of members in the Fascist Party as the capital was purged for its members. The Parliament was also stormed and its members arrested until further notice. Shah Hassan himself has been imprisoned in the Palace until further notice.
Despite the fall of the fascist government in Tehran, Fascist forces in the far Western provinces have still not given up the resistance.
"We will bring glory to our nation, and purify the region, with or without the help of the ruling dynasty! And we will also turn on those who stand in our way, be it the Afsharid Royal Family themselves." said an officer of the Persian Fascist Party on the Fascist Party's own News Channel.
We are glad to see a legitimate Shah re-claim the power in our country, and are hopeful that he will soon usher in a new era of peace and glory for our beloved nation.

Dhaka – President Khwaja Syed accompanied by Foreign Minister Arif Eyamim, and Cabinet Secretary Fahim Belal, held a press conference at Bangabhaban Palace, Dhaka, on Thursday (12/1) at morning 08.00 (UTC + 6).

President Khwaja Syed also promised to improve relations Natuna raya-Afsharid Persia on the previous lack of improvement will be restored like during the reign before Shah Hassan led the Afsharid Persia.
