A PROCLAMATION
By the power vested in me as Emperor of the Selene, I hereby certify that the Constitution has received three votes for and zero votes against. In consequence thereof, I, Justinian Kalominos, proclaim that it shall be henceforth the Constitution of the Empire of Selene and the supreme law of the land.
