Oh, he manipulated us and when he was WA Delagate overthrew us in a coup.

We got back control and allowed him to stay since he "apologized"

WELL GUESS WHAT?! HE DID IT AGAIN. This time the CoC's IQ went up and we got rid of him permanently.

Well then he came back in disguise, and when that sleeper cell got power, IIIITTTTTSSSS COUP TIME!!!!!!!!!! Then we regained control and since then he's tried to infiltrate us. Most recently was with some country named Amolka, when we found out, he denied it was him...then moved said nation to his other region (which is password protected)

The funniest attempt was a nation whose name was an anagram for his main nation and the one that throes us over in a coup

Since then, he's had this vendetta against us and thinks we don't know what an IP address is or that we can't read.

I don't really think Picts is worth the demonization.
