Why not, just make some post about you declaring war.

What I imagine plays in the head of someone when they see a Ebon Dragon fly near them when roaming the Allouxian country side.

:( nostalgia.

How's everyone? It was really cold where I was last weekend lol.

An Azuran plane flies over the border where Greater Balticia occupies in Umaes. The plane is flying over, as an indicator of "I dare you to shoot me down".

Baltician Planes intercept the Azurian Plane, the result have spark a increased number of troops in the area and sanctions against Azure

We don't have planes or flying ships yet Cote azure, Greater Balticia. We're in 1800s so you're going to have to rely on muskets and cannons. Eventually we'll get to smokeless powder and breach loaders.

Ohhh ok

IC: 50,000 Azuran soldiers armed with muskets, and 25,000 armed with Azuran long rifles marched foward, and stopped at a large hill. The large hill overlooked Baltician territoty, and all their fortifications were seen from the big hill. A whole LINE of artillery cannons were brought up onto the hill.

All of a sudden, the cannons began to open fire, lobbing giant led balls onto the Baltician defense line. General Brooks was in charge of this large force. So far the Azurans had the high ground.

However, none of the Azuran Infantry had opened fire.

A pigeon with a note was sent to the Allouxiaian General nearby for reinforcments.

OOC: While the Muskets are inaccurate, the Azuran-Long Rifle is a new invention, never seen before. The barrel is way longer, and has grooves inside that allows the rifle to be dead-accurate. Thos who are armed with Azuran long rifles are sharpshooters more than just normal infantry men.

OOC: something might have to happen but don't attack neutral people or it gonna end like last rp,

General Brooks was shocked. The Baltician soldiers began to retreat. He let the Balticians retreat, then his soldiers took the rest of the land in Umaes.

More technology is being discovered, and the word "Steam Engine" was translated from many of the ancient blueprints.

IC:
Location Undisclosed - “Captain, They have been assembled”. “Good”, the walks down a hallway and goes down a flight of stairs into a room where They are assembled. “Greetings everyone! Hope you wished your home, loved ones goodbye and warm climate goodbye because from now on this is your new home. You’ve all been trained under the most rigorous and unimaginable ways that would’ve broken most humans and you’ve made it. You all know your posts and the identities you’ve been given. The sacrifices you’ve made will never be forgotten. The Empire will forever be grateful.” The Captain takes a short pause to observe the room. “Remember, you are not Olympian, you are Allouxian”. First Mate finally yells out, “Dismissed!” They all leave the building move out their respective posts.
High Tower Palace - Gerald, advisor to Emperor Sol, receives a telegram and reads it to Sol. “Therians have arrived to their locations and have begun their infiltration two days ago”. Sol then says, “Begin recruitment”.

Sorry for taking so long, I had a Midterm today.

-Blue Square, Reichen-
The 1st Army of the Reichsarmee marched down the square, sharp and precise where their steps. Rifles shouldered to the to the right with their bayonets fixed gave the soldiers an intimidating look along with their blue uniforms and pickelhaube helmets. " Armee, Halt" ordered General Wolfram Germar. Suddenly the entire 1st Army halted in place. "Rechts, Gesicht!" ordered the General. In perfect unison every solider performed a right face now facing the general. "Men, you do your families, your friends, and your country proud. Every soldier I see before me is the proud image of the Reich. You are the most disciplined, hardened, and lethal army in the world. Our enemies tremble at your presence, your service to the Reich will ensure our way of life will live on for generations to come." said the General. Lately Allouxia has begun to dramatically increase the size of it's military making the Reichsarmee on it's own one of the largest and best trained in the world. The government to support the expansion of the military had introduced conscription for all men ages 18-22 to serve for a minimal of one year.

Fortifications around the Umaes territory have been built after the Balticians had left, and many ancient texts and blueprints are still beung read and translated, and Cote Azure's top scientists have visited the site.

The Chappe semaphore telegraph was a ~1790s invention, but admittedly it was incredibly slow and really only used for military purposes.
Technically speaking, the way Gondor called for aid might count as a telegraph - admittedly one that could only send two messages, either 'Gondor does not call for aid' (beacons not lit) or 'Gondor calls for aid' (beacons lit).
But yes the electrically-based system we in modern times refer to as a telegraph was invented in the ~1830s-40s or so. It's practical beforehand, with flag signalling, or potentially the use of mirrors to reflect light from one tower to another, but these are based on line-of-sight and are so both vaguely unreliable (since operator error can occur reasonably regularly) and fairly expensive in terms of manpower and capital expenditure.
