The SSTs tried to stand their ground.
Buck breathed heavily as he looked down the scope of his BR-55. He shot three insurgents dead until he himself was shot in the lower leg.
"Motherf*ker!" he cursed.
Aiden was shot again in the upper chest.
"Alpha 9 fall back!" Buck yelled. His team backed up while firing.
While firing, Justin took a round to the knee. He fell quick, but got up.
Johnny took a round to the foot.
"smoke out!" yelled Hunter. He chucked as smoke, and the team retreated back into the trees under the cover of smoke.
The team was able to put some distance between them and the insurgents despite the injuries. The whole squad had been shot at least once, and hunter was missing a finger.
Johnny tried to contact the Allouxians (Allouxia) and the Azurans through FLEETCOM. However, the signal was fuzzy, only nearby troops or planes could hear the signal.
