New Constitution:
Yes. You heard it right. I want to formulate a new Constitution. We all agree that the current Constitution is an imperfect one. It is not very detailed and has several loopholes. Also it was approved by a very tiny population, a fraction of our current numbers. Now we have active and experienced members. This high time to formulate a new, detailed and comprehensive Constitution for our region.Code of Conduct:
The Code of Conduct will be the official rulebook to be followed by all the nations in the region to maintain discipline. It will also help the Supreme Court in giving verdicts. This is extremely important because currently we do not have any specific guidelines which the nations should follow and this why, the discipline is very poor.Joint President and Vice President Ticket:
This is very important. If the President and Vice President run together on a single ticket, there will be mutual understanding between the two high positions. A separately elected Vice President could pose the danger of non-cooperation with the President. This will result in an extremely inefficient executive.New Cabinet Positions:
Minister of Culture, Minister of Internal Affairs and Minister of Roleplay are three important positions our region needs immediately.Minister of Culture: Conducts regional activities and sporting competitions.
Minister of Internal Affairs: Administers Citizenship, Internal Elections and maintains archives.
Minister of Roleplay: Administers organised roleplay in the region.
Revised Foreign Policy:
Our region has around 90 embassy regions. We don't have any friendship with most of them. Why should we have embassies with such regions then? We don't even know the existence of some of our embassy regions. This is why I and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will conduct an "Embassy Review" in which we will try to establish communications with each an every embassy region. If they do not respond, the embassy will close.Founder Authority:
After the recent events, it has come to my mind that our Founder's position and powers need to be defined. If he is a neutral nation whose only job is to conduct Presidential Elections, then he must not hold any other office (as he is holding now). Also he cannot establish his own rules (as he has done now) without the approval of the legislature.Dual Citizenship:
This is a concept which can be found in several notable regions of NationStates. Here, we will grant full citizenship to those nations who prove it that their WA nations reside in the Assembly of Regions or in other closely allied nations. This will not only boost regional population but also give non WA members, a voice in the region.Recruitment Programs:
This goes without saying. We need more active nations in our region to give it a voice in interregional affairs. For this I and the Ministry of Recruitment will launch a "Stamp Donation Drive". If this fails, there will always be API telegram recruitment going on. I will try to collaborate with Assembly of Regions in the field of recruitment. I will also try my best to merge smaller regions into ourselves. This will boost our population.

Tomorrow, our region will be voting For their president and world assembly delegate.
I humbly request that you give me a second term serving you tomorrow. I have a solid platform to continue the progress we have made over the past three months, linked below, and I hope you see this as well.
Yes, I have an ethics violation to my name, but look at my plan to address this issue so something like this does not happen again in the future. No other candidate has put an ethics commissioner in their platform. Who would enforce a code of conduct? The Supreme Court? That would be overstepping their mandate. The Supreme Court is meant to judge criminal cases, and criminal cases only. A separate body must be established to address ethics violations.
I am also the only candidate who is pledging to bring back the world about to break role-play, something that, at its peak, had interregional participation and was hugely active. this would not only boost regional activity, but would also promote friendly relations with other regions who might have nations that want to participate.
I am also the only candidate who pledges to draw up full mandate letters for each minister, outlining their duties during their term so that the citizenry can hold them to greater accountability.
And finally, on the subject of a constitution, we do not need a full rewrite. Clovena is proposing this, on a constitution that they published if I may add. We need to stop doing this so damn often. I do agree the constitution has loopholes, but that’s what amendments are for. I would be happy to hold a constitutional convention to discuss these amendments, and I have some ideas outlined in my platform.
So tomorrow, when you’re at the ballot box, please vote to reelect Fdryden as your world assembly delegate and president.

World assembly.
In the last election, my promise was to bring the World Assembly to you by posting every single resolution on the RMB. However, I did not notice a major uptake in World Assembly voting from this, so I abandon this midterm. One promise I did keep, however, was voting the way of the region. On every single resolution that I cast my vote, it was in the majority opinion of our region.
AOR.
If reelected, I will work more actively alongside the Assembly of Regions. I will make sure our region has more of a stance on the issues of the day being debated in the Council of Regions and House of delegates. This will be done in conjunction with our representatives in the Assembly.
Mandate letters.
If reelected, all ministers will receive a publicly available mandate letter upon their appointment. This will give the citizens of our region a way to hold them accountable throughout their term.
Constitution.
I believe our constitution does not need to be rewritten, as we seem to be doing this every three months, but I do believe amendments are needed. If reelected, I will hold a constitutional convention to discuss any amendments made to the constitution.
Here are some amendments I will push for if reelected.
Adding a requirement that citizens must possess a WA tag.
Members of our region who do not possess a WA tag, but have filled out the citizenship form shall be known as permanent residence.
Permanent residents will have all the same rights as citizens, except for the ability to vote in presidential, vice presidential or ministerial approval elections.
Permanent residence will still be allowed to vote on laws and resolutions in the Democratic Assembly, however.
Recognize the vice president in the constitution.
Recognize an ethics commissioner in the constitution.
Ethics commissioner.
As was made clear during my previous term with my ethics breach, this region needs some sort of authority to rule on such violations. If reelected, this will be the very first thing I establish. Specific powers of the ethics commissioner will be debated during our constitutional convention, as they Will require some amendments.
The ethics commissioner should have the ability to trigger a confidence vote of any member of the executive.
The ethics commissioner should also have the ability to hand down case by case punishments to any member of the executive as they see fit.
The ethics commissioner, like any other official, should also have the ability to be replaced by a simple majority of the region. This is the only position permanent residence will also have voting rights on, as I believe everyone should have input on such a crucial post.
Ministers.
If reelected, along with the required ministers in the constitution, I will establish the following positions.
Minister of role-play: will be responsible for managing any regional RPs, along with setting RP guidelines.
Minister of events, culture and sport: Will be responsible for administrating any region-wide events.
Representing our region internationally.
This is already clearly set out in our constitution, but if reelected, I will uphold that while any member of our region is welcome to actively participate in any outside organizations, they must require executive approval to represent our region in such organizations.
A world about to break.
If reelected, I also pledge to reestablish A World About to Break, the official real world role-play of the union of Democrats.

How would a nation prove that it’s WA nation is in another region? I believe this policy poses A large security threat to our region. While good intentioned, this would open us up for invasion. you come from a military background, so you must have a plan for proof of citizenship, right?
Before the election tomorrow I would like to raise some of my concerns. I agree with many of the issues raised by 
Fdryden and 
Clovena such as:
Turning the Ministry of Sport into the Ministry of Roleplay to regulate and facilitate roleplay in the Union of Democrats.
Doing an Embassy review and putting standards in place for opening an embassy to make sure that we have embassies with regions that are active and that we can have diplomatic relations with.
Having an ethics commissioner in place to investigate ethics violations.
As well as a code od conduct to define what a eyhics violation is.
Recruitment campaigns to grow the region.
If you elect me as your next Vice Delegate I will work across the aisle to get these proposal into law as well as bring more accountability to the WA delegate.

Polls have just closed across Hopal remember this is not the final vote that is tomorrow and the decision will be according to the government be made by Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Manuel Calaba who the government has confirmed will do the photo op tomorrow where the government officially sends its ballot to ne counted now we don't know who behind the scenes is writing the ballot and will likely never know who the government will vote for but pundits are putting a 68 percent chance of the winner of the election being who the government votes for but again we will never truely know. We know this though the government will vote for Hopal as Vice Delegate because why would the government vote against itself so there is no vote for Vice Delegate in Hopal.
