I watch them in 30-40 minute increments usually

except today, I really wanted to finish the avengers so I just did some low intensity biking for an extra half hour post actual work out lol

I just pretend that I'm training to combat my enemies. Combining this with my playlist of "Push It To The Limit" and other 80s hits that go hard really boosts my resolve in the gym

I don't need to agree or disagree - there's nothing illegal Boris has done with proroguing parliament - it's purely a political move. He hasn't lied to HM. You have to consider that the ruling made is Scotland was formed by three judges - all of whom were approached and backed by largely SNP and pro-remain MPs (~75 I think) - hence why the Government has dismissed it and is set to have the Supreme Court challenge it.

Boris is right though, it's normal for a new government to end the current session of parliament. It has been the longest period in which a parliament has sat consecutively for a long time, certainly within living memory.

However, most Brits won't have a clue about the entire story and just see the story on the judges ruling it as illegal and jumping on the "blonde-haired man bad" bandwagon.

I also am going to have to snip my jungle val way down as it's starting to float at the top of the tank and give algae a platform right by the light

I just bought some aquarium scissors and they shipped to me today. Also with that I got a magfloat scraper w/ the blade and it's so much fun and so easy to clean now

I have algae growing on top of the water sprite I'm floating and I'm not sure the best way to get rid of it though. My regular val (I think it's italian val?) isn't too long yet so I don't have any crazy trimming to do yet
