This is what peak nepotism looks like. So many ministries just to satisfy all comrades and relatives.
There is already a Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation? No problem! We will just create a Ministry of Drinking Water so that the daughter-in-law of our former Prime Minister (and the guy who made our current PM the PM) get her own job...
And let's have three Urban Development Ministers! Let's just call the second dude Minister of Governmental Urban Development and the third dude Minister of Urban Planning to avoid confusion...
And too many other useless ministries to even list.
