Yeah but like how? The issue cont me a whopping 2200% decrease in enviroment- to the poing where the "famous natural beauty" characteristic was replaced with "inhospitable wasteland".
Someone might know more about it than me, but I think essentially you have to wait for issues that will give you the chance to raise your environmental beauty again. Wildlife parks, anti-deforestation bills, that kind of thing. It will probably take a while to make up that deficit though.

That's generally the way to go about it. If you want an endorsement, you normally need to give an endorsement (endotarting). With that said, please keep in mind that the region has limits regarding the number of endorsements you're allowed. As the endorsement policy notes, endorsing the delegate and guardians will allow you to have 125 endorsements. Refusal to endorse the delegate and guardians will limit you to 10. Ignoring either of those rules may result in a trebuchet ride.
Asking for endorsements is considered poor taste and will get your post suppressed.
Endorse and wait for courtesy returns, which more people should do. It is polite.

RP is roleplay, which is basically writing stories about your nation and how it interacts with other nations. Usually this takes the form of "My army marches to X nation's border because their leader called me a potato."
What Chervil was referring to is military gameplay or R/D, where we use the World Assembly to raid regions and actually take them over.
Asking for endos on the RMB is verboten. The best method is to telegram the people you endorse.
Let me be clear about my intentions in that post: i was trying to clarify what method should i use to get more endorsements, not to ask anyone on the board to actually do it.
I was pretty sure it was an innocent question and was why I included your post in my reply. If I thought it was a play for endos I would have snipped out the reply.
