Yes, I just came back from my run. Well, it was raining terribly and it was slippery so it was more like a very brisk walk, but I never stopped and did the full two hours.
Don't know if there's any correlation between walking and mental health, but from my own empirical evidence I do feel much better when I'm outside breathing heavily and have the blood bumping through my arms and legs as opposed to when I'm just sitting like a car that needs its oil changed in front of a computer.

I'm proud of you.

I doubt I could run for 2 hours straight, even jog for that matter, do you? I could probably not even do it for 30 mins unless I took breaks. I'd love walking no matter what though.

Edit:
During August, which was still summer break, I walked for 3-4 hours a day, because I was so bored.

I was just talking about that with my brother. Eternal optimist with a sunshine mind, he reminded me that I was still measuring in minutes (say around 120) and that guys who ran marathons could run for hours and hours. So I guess it's all relative. . .
