Welcome, nations of the Multiverse! Drew Durrnil and Owlograd present to you the
First Owlograd-Durrnilian Vexillology Contest!
Here are the rules:
There are four rounds, each with a different topic:
  • Futuristic

  • Authoritarian

  • Communist

  • Religious

In each round, a different flag will be submitted. After the deadline, the Judges will judge and score the contestant's flag on a Ten-Point scale. The contestant with the most total points by the end of the contest wins. Failure to submit a flag before the deadline (TBD) will result in a zero for that round.
Grading Protocol:
The flags will be graded on 3 factors: How well the flag matches the theme, how visually appealing the flag is, and the vexillological rules broken by the flag. The panel of judges will debate on how well the flag matches these factors and will find a consensus.

And that would technically be against site rules.

Modernity is terribly overdone. What must I do, become more masculine to show strength? No. I shall flaunt all of the silly fripperies of femininity as I bring my enemies to their knees.

Your body: your choice, my Lady. I'll stick to black patent riding boots for soggy fields and horseback and sexy strappy open toe pumps for the marble floors. I've lost the silly fripperies as a princess ahead of demons... practicality has better served me especially in a sword fight; I've such trouble with my riposte in stilettos.

Im a bit confused about the ranks in this game. For some of them theyre things you wouldnt want like crime. Does having a higher rank mean there more crime or less? Its just a little confusing since whent they go down theyre red and when they go up theyre green. can anyone explain that to me?

Higher crime stat=more crime. Plus, liking or disliking crime is subjective. What if someone likes having crime?

Plus, having a high crime rate means you can have a golden badge in the stat.

You would know, with your consistent crimes against fashion. Honestly, argyle, horizontal stripes, and spots? Ghastly!

Oh goodness, it gets that far with you? No, I much prefer mind games and deadly ploys playing out within the court. Physical violence is so very last month. It is almost as out of fashion as Purple Hyacinth's unfortunate choice of scarf. Maroon does absolutely nothing for her complexion.

I am sure my entourage and ministers have their plots as I do. Admittedly, it is my weaknesses that are cause for escalation. Either I indulge in lust and tempt the taken or release my tongue and anger the ideological adversary. Since bloodsport and dueling are Demonosian traditions that have cemented themselves in custom, I've become dreadfully and unfashionably murderous with my cut and thrust.

I am so surprised how fashion has changed, my Lady. Not too many moons ago, I was impressed by your skill with an assassin's knife. Your carving technique had become legendary for demons.

List oh list how fashion makes slaves of us; the fashionable. Purple Hyacinth, tell me you are not wearing stripes, spots, and argyle in one outfit... *shivers with goosebumps*

I prefer cloaks and daggers, not broadswords and ballads. Ruling by turning my enemies on each other, enticements for some and threats towards others. Governing is a game best played at full tilt, carefully calculated gambles made as your machinations move too quickly to be stopped by your adversaries. By the time they have time to think, they are either on their knees before me or their heads have conveniently relocated to the bottom of the ocean whilst their bodies provide a lovely meal for the carrion birds.

Fun fact: The average age of empires is 250 years.

The USA turns 244 this year.

Then again the Japanese Empire still exists.

No, even as a person who dislikes garlic bread, garlic bread is kinda cool.
