I am still deciding on appetizers but perhaps a pot roast for main? Along with a side of roasted carrots and potatoes? I will also have cheesecake with strawberry jam for dessert, all accompanied by a wide selection of wines, teas, and coffees.
I can always make a lot and have leftovers (re-heated pot roast sandwiches are delicious), so no worries if you are not sure if you can make it!
It took me a week... but I decided on an appetizer. It will be miniature sausages wrapped in a flakey dough, a.k.a 'pigs in a blanket'. They may not be the fanciest, but they are the tastiest!
There will also be a cheese and meats platter.
Any venison?
