you know what I want? Oysters Rockefeller! https://bigoven-res.cloudinary.com/image/upload/oysters-rockefeller-01a91c.jpg it's one of the rarest foods.. only one place I found them back in Forest Park Georgia and they closed down.. now I'm in Arkansas even further from the ocean..
That sounds like a diabetic's nightmare, Tilly. lol
Oysters, Clams, Squid and Octopus are not in my diet. You couldn't pay me to eat them. However, I love shrimp and lobster and most fish. Go fig.
I'm fond of Oysters and Clams and occasionally Shrimp, but I don't really appreciate a lobster tail as much as others might. Personally, I don't like being able to see what my food looked like when it wasn't on my plate. Legs and heads and all of that aren't my deal. I'd much rather take your word that this is a crab cake than pull a whole crab leg out of the pot.
I like sthrimp, and crawfish, and the things clams and oysters are usually cooked with, but I don't actually like clams or oysters. Lobster and crab have a faintly sweet taste that I don't enjoy either.
Crab, lobster and shrimp will kill me.. makes me sad.. only those types of seafood though.. It's weird. Everything else I can eat!
I guess that's what makeseach of us different, food likes, dislikes, allergies among other things. I'm not a fan of tripe and other exotic foods. Just give me a burger and fries. lol
oh tripe is good deep fried and also in tacos!
I do love some seared Tuna. Can't go wrong with that. Well, except for mercury poisoning.
Hey all. I will be in Washington DC on the 21st (Saturday) for the Womens March in case any of you will be there.
Aww would have been fun to finally meet one of y'all in person. Like I'm meeting another online friend there already as well.
Ok. :)
Oh man! I totally forgot to send my radio shows to you didn't i?
I'll get them to you on Sunday evening when I am home again :)
I wonder where everyone else is.
Wonder if my area will have any protests about something or riots to watch..

I had to google what shortbread was.. I've heard of shortcake but never short bread.. apparently that's a biscuit that we call cookies here..
Biscuits here are usually light and fluffy covered with white gravy. Or the crunchy biscuits made for dogs.. I knew something was called a different name there.. Apparently biscuits here are closer to scone there and this whole cookie thing has been confusing us cause we never heard of shortbread..
Huh. Interesting people here. :/
The Girl Scouts used to sell them and call them Lorna Doones.
I prefer the mint ones and the peanut butter ones
I never met anyone else who thought Samoas were best!
Hugs A Cluster Of Cute Hispanic Girlsand offers a box of Samoas.
