We have a new POLL in Outre Space: It’s that old favourite about “ If a tree falls in the wood…”. Voting is open to everybody, so why not stop by and give your opinion.
Sixty-eight people (of whom all but two were from outside the region) voted on Outre Space’s last poll (page=poll/p=149474): "If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?": 29 for ‘Yes’, 10 for ‘no’, and 29 for ‘What do you mean "no one"? The other TREES hear it’.
We now have a new poll up, ‘Between justice and genocide there is, in the long run, no middle ground': True or false?, and voting is—as usual—open to EVERYBODY, so feel free to give your opinion @ page=poll/p=150118 : "Bonus points" for the first person to post in Outre Space’s RMB identifying the source of the quotation...

A large helicopter appears silently in the night sky, and six men in red and black armor leap from it.
"We've touched ground sir." Says one into a radio, apparently the leader. "There's some inhabitants here, but not too many." The radio crackles. "Any hostiles?"
"I wouldn't quite say hostile but.........not particularly friendly either by the looks of things." The radio crackles again. "Well go ahead and start setting up base then. But be cautious." The man signals to the others. "Yes sir, Delta out."
A Giant Meteor blazes through the sky overhead; leaving a trail of sparks in the sky above your region; those sparks seem to fall in a particular pattern, spelling out the words:
CONGRATULATIONS ON BEING FEATURED
before the meteor vanishes over the horizon; leaving the sky dark and empty as it passes through.
