Attention, members of the Senate, I have just proposed a Bill in the Drafting Hall of Parliament. It concerns the position of the Founder and other administrative members.

The President, Founder, and PM make up the three administrative members.
Then there are three more nations who I am supposed to appoint.
(To make sure there won't be a tie, each member except the Founder gets 2 votes, while the Founder only gets 1)

Since the Senate is currently not filled, if you want to "run", you will get directly elected. As for minister, please submit your applications to me, your Prime Minister.
