I would say that like anything else? It takes commitment to make work. In fact I'll be doing a writeup for Manumission Day for TNP as Minister of Culture as soon as this AMA is over.
My favourite experience? Seeing the hard work that went into the Roleplay Reel deliver an amazing product all of TNP can be proud of.
