I have to admit Putin is the most effective and perhaps best leader of Russia since Stalin, and popularity shows that too. I still think the unintentional personality cult is a bit weird, but like Stalin, he was able to attract them on his own accord rather than force and terror. This remains an oddity, resulting in music like this: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zk_VszbZa_s . But he is a popular leader and less aggressive to socialists than most presidents. He is on good terms with Vietnam and opposes American imperialism. The government's actions have made socialism in America more likely and brings us closer to balance. Though I disapprove of conservative policies, he has done well in many other regards. He also is a leader who knows how to behave as a good politician. Sure, his laws are less than perfect, but he has to adjust for Russian culture. Out of the big three, he's my favorite.
Second, I suppose Xi is worth mentioning. I don't like him and that is my strong opinion . He is extremely capitalist and even more manipulative than Putin. He has maliciously attacked other countries in every aspect possible and makes war likelier every day. He is a silent threat to all men, especially the workers. His regime leeches of labor and sucks businessmen with no moral integrity in. Xi also acts like a child, banning things that were likened to him one time or may remotely look like dissent. I would rather let liberals succeed than him. This man is a danger, clear and unobscured, to humanity favoring solutions to problems ranging from unethical warfare to climate change. His concentration camps don't look so great either. If I lived in China, I would support anti-government groups, no doubt about it. I don't say this lightly, Xi is one of the most evil and powerful, if not most, in the entire world. Anything to stop his reign.
I arrive at Trump lastly. What I can surely confirm is his idiotic facade, all else is shrouded in uncertainty and nonsense. I hate and fear him, yet I recognize his use and even, on rare occasions, cunning. Whereas Xi quietly pulls the strings with money and force, Trump shouts and tweets statements. Make no mistake, Trump is great with people. Had he not known people so well, he would be poor and powerless. He tricked and decieved his way to office and past that point, he's been manipulating his entire life. He has ruinous and idiotic policies, yet a cult following. He's not popular, in fact very hated, but he won the vote by figuring how to get just enough in each state. His campaign strategy looked confusion, and strange it was. He won and he's been winning every time whether we realize it or not. I don't have much good to say, but he's resisted China a little bit. It is regrettable that he still finds the time to cozy up to dictators like Kim Jong-un, which doesn't make much sense considering his clashes with the very same leaders. To sum it up, he looks stupid, but he is smart in often neglected ways.
