The Intemil Governorate Capital building is a busy place at noon. The governorate's assembly convened to discuss the regular issues a major metropolitan area faces. Within the crowd of comers and goers, a man carrying a brown suitcase enters the building. He passes the double doors of the assembly chambers, which are guarded by two police officers. Instead, he enters the men's bathroom. Another man is washing his hands at the sink. The suitcase carrier enters a stall, waits for the hand-washer to leave, and then emerges with an improvised explosive device in hand. He quickly attaches the explosive under the sink. He hears the door swing open, so he begins washing his hands. After drying, he leaves the building with his empty suitcase.

Two minutes later, as the man walks away from the area, a loud explosion rocks the building. The bathroom shared a wall with the assembly chambers, and the IED had easily blown through it and killed four assembly members and two police officers. Ten others were injured, including the governor.

The Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Terranihil claimed responsibility for the attack. The police have identified the man who planted the bomb using video camera footage, but his whereabouts are still unknown.

The Terranilian government has promised to increase efforts to combat the DFLT at home; however, it also stresses the necessity of combating the group in Lyoa, where the government still believes Mikel Therúnk, the leader of the DFLT, is hiding. The Department of Defense has authorized the deployment of 300 Terranilian soldiers into Altaia to reinforce Zatšer Sral's forces.

Resistance safehouses across eastern Terranihil hide the last remaining "free" Malgans from the hands of the Terranilian government. The regular citizens who run these safehouses keep them safe and fed until a way to smuggle them out is found. The smuggling out and into Greater Sacramento is coordinated by the few travelers willing to assist the Resistance, or by the "Kortan Yem" (Terranilian mafia), who work with the Resistance for a price.

Several so-called safehouse "keepers" were approached by Terranilians, stating they wanted to assist the Resistance's efforts. Despite seeming like average Terranilian citizens, they are Sacramatian agents sent as part of Operation Muqawama. The agents offer intelligence and assist in smuggling Malgans out of the country. The Terranilian government is seemingly oblivious to the foreign infiltrators.

Póniepa, the semi-autonomous governorate in central Terranihil, has also become a place for Malgans to flee. Although the Póniepan government officially abides by the decrees of the National Progressive Party, many Póniepan citizens remain sympathetic to Malgans and the cause of the Resistance.

Terranihil has increased police forces at the southern border to combat the efforts of the Resistance. The government has also claimed that the DFLT, Free Christian Army and Alhaz Freedom Fighters are all helping the Resistance, but no evidence has been provided supporting the claims.

The campaign of the Department for the Reeducation of the Religiously and Politically Disturbed has shifted towards the maintenance of the disturbed population within the reeducation facilities and the retrieval of the few remaining disturbed individuals in hiding. Despite the initial efforts to dispel the disturbed population, the disturbed may carry information about the Department for the Reeducation of the Religiously and Politically Disturbed's methods that may be used to libel the department and the nation as a whole. Those already within reeducation facilities surely should not be allowed to escape without proper reeducation for they carry the most critical knowledge and carry the most risk.

Within the facilities, those who are deemed capable of reeducation such as most adolescents (about 19%~36,300) will continue to be reeducated. Those deemed incapable of reeducation but capable of work such as most adults (about 63%~120,400) will continue to work for the benefit of the nation. Those deemed both incapable of reeducation and work or those who actively resist the department's methods (about 18%~34,400) will be moved to the Special Treatment sections of the facilities. The supplies provided by Rakeo, and in part by Koreo, will be used in the Special Treatment sections.

Four ships of the Terranilian Navy approach Rakeoian waters as instructed by the Directory of Diplomacy. Two of the vessels are frigates for protection. The other two carry the five Red F-159 Rátz fighter jets, produced in 2009 by the Terranilian (mostly government-owned) company of Red Kazgarl. The Terranilian ships are prepared to make the handoff with their allies.

Paleocacher officially casts its bid to host the 2021 Terraconservan Cup tournament. The people of Paleocacher are very excited and support for international sports is at an all time high with many thousands of fans closely following the National Team and the teams of several other countries. Paleocacher has moderate to low crime rates and fans from all over the world would not only be safe and secure but would also have access to the best accommodations the republic has to offer. Hotel suites and training centers will be made available to all teams and their staffs. The Republic will host games in a variety of venues including Tyson Center in Gardena, the Southeastern Football Club Stadium in Chicajun, the National Sports Center in Bullmar, and the Villareal Foundation Stadium in Liberty City.

A new religious movement has been gaining traction in the remote villages of Kalwezi Province. The group calls itself the “Supreme Path”. The movement is lead by its charismatic preacher, Marshall Nguruma, who proclaims that an apocalypse is due to strike Terraconserva, and that in order to be saved, one must adopt the Supreme Path’s teachings. Some local journalists have described the group as a “fledgling cult”, while others call it a “new religious movement”. Either way, it has already attracted attention throughout the province.
