So they didn't define "national security-related activities"? Security is normally defined as protection from wanted acts, as in protection from "people doing bad stuff willingly". So if you add security-personell onto a civillian flight, as GA#342 also demands, you'll instantly be acting in the interest of national security and the aircraft will no longer be civillian.
Who even wrote this? I thought they had to add in proper definitions and avoid double-meanings to get a WA-resolution through.

That is a really weird resolution. I mean a military aircraft can just squawk 7500 or 7600 or 7700, pretend to be civilian, wait for enemy planes to attempt to intercept, then fire upon and destroy any aircraft attempting to help.

The importance of impeachment is dreadfully overrated. Taken in context, I fear that impeachment has been rendered pointless.

Technically he's not impeached, the House of Representative has only passed Articles of Impeachment. The Senate must now decide on whether to hold an Impeachment trial, if after that trial the President is found guilty of a capital crime, then he will be removed from office, to await charges from the justice department.
At least according to the US Constitution and US Congressional tradition.
