I wouldn't synonymize being well established to logging in within the past year in amounts that can be counted on your fingers. Their absence in our region negatively and unnecessarily penalizes our affairs. It should go to a naturally more qualified native. And no; not me. Ucalimptus and Amardire Dantare come to mind.
