With the Federation under Sievi's rule, things have begun to normalize. As Sievi would use the re-forestation effort and her status within the Shinist religion as a leverage to restore her legitimacy and prestige in the eyes of the people, many, especially the younger people, have begun to question the actions of taken against the current dictator in the past with debates on her title and rank being brought to question. For many it has become apparent that were the dictatorship of the former Empress to continue further with no elections in sight, Sievi may as well be declared the Empress of Demira once more. With the debate over the future of the Demiran leadership heating up within different parties and ministries, leagues have begun to form, with the two primary ones being the Federal Council and the Imperial Restoration Movement, both being supported by their respective parties, ministries and people.

As implied by it's name, the Federal Council pursues a return to the regular six-year election cycles in both presidential and parliamentary elections in order to avoid a life-long, potentially even permanent regime. The Federal Council would also return the balance of power back to favoring the Federal Parliament, rather than granting the president dictatorial powers.
The Federal Council is supported by:
-Democratic Party -DP
-Shinist Democratic Party -SDP
-Technocrat Coalition -TC
-Greater Demira -GreDe
-Demiran Ministry of the Interior
-Demiran Ministry of Transport and Communications
-Demiran Ministry of Finance

Opposing the Federal Council stands the Imperial Restoration Movement. They hold the goal of restoring the Imperial High-Throne giving the current dictatorial president, (ex)Empress Sievi Molotow her Imperial titles back and retaining the dictatorial power held by her. The Imperial Restoration Movement believes the war fought against Empress Sievi's regime in the past was a mistake and her promised return to power is more than enough prove of that. They also believe having a leader with over 100 years of experience about leading the Rekko-Demirans as their leader would be considerably more reliable than a government of like disagreeing parties without a true common point aside from mutual defense.
The Imperial Restoration Movement is backed by:
-Social Secretariate- SoSe
-Union of the Courts -UC
-The Merchants' Guild of the Demiran Area -MeGDA
-Orbital Representation Committee -ORC
-Demiran Ministry of Exterior
-Demiran Ministry of Nature
-Demiran Embassy Complex
-Demiran Ministry of Defense

Although generally opposing each other, both the Federal Council and the Imperial Restoration Movement have agreed on no violence between the parties as yet another civil war is in no one's interest. Sievi herself has stayed out of the debate for now in order to let the people decide their fate for themselves. In order to enforce the peacefulness of the negotiations Sievi has assumed personal leadership of the CKG for the time being.

In order to avoid a military confrontation with the opposing party, the two leagues have begun a diplomatic arms race to back foreign support behind their respective causes with
The Federal Council requesting backing from:
Concordaia
Northern New Solingarch
Himana
Milenciano
Schwypia
Cenagrad

and the Imperial Restoration Movement seeking backing from:
Concordaia
Asukiro
Avidina
Evve Terre
Basaran
Icewindia

All backing on both sides is to be purely political and at most monetary, else the backing from the country breaking this request will be ignored where it would normally count.

Basaran wrote:RP: Basaran Announces Support for the Empress
Despite being largely out of the loop with Demiri politics, Oswald Jorgeson has thrown his support behind the restorationists and the former Empress

RP: The Western Question.

Given Icewindia really cares not for West since Wallace Administration. Marshall Hemlock normally would be willing to back Federal Council and not the Socialist Monarch however.... He instead decides to back Imperial Restoration Movement helping to Put Diplomatic Pressure on Nation. The Reasoning for this is there can always be better monarchs in future and to help Back Oswald Decision. Noting Icewindia is willing to help put Diplomatic Pressure on almost any issue Basaran needs help on.

Frostwindia wrote:RP: Free spending eh?

Taking this opportunity to convert the Tiber coins to Dragonic Ice Stones. Conversing with the Advisors, the money would begin to be put into improving the infrastructure around the Lohnai Isle. As well, whatever funds that were left would go into the armed forces for better uniforms to be created. Once the uniform was created, it would be put into the forces and immediately liked by the soldiers.

In addition to the recent changes, Arko would ask Akulda for a tour around Aurora, wanting to bring hemlock along for History of the land.

Candain wrote:A gift

Tana Celosia will be gifting 150 Million Gold bars towards Akulda and her Center for Democracy Coalition. Tana hopes that these funds will find Akulda well and help her reach the goals to begin the next age of Icewindia. While its not a total selfless gesture, strengthening the bonds between the two nations this sum is a small price.

RP: Campaigning (CDC) and Tour.

The Funds have almost guaranteed Election for CDC as other party's begin to worry heavily. With Marshall Hemlock looking concerned at Election itself.

Akulda has scheduled an Live Televised Debate between top Canidates of Election including her and Kishi Kennedy.

Marshall Hemlock agrees as Arko and Akulda are allowed to visit Icewindia at any time. They are Family afterall.

RP: Governor Cristian Seizes Power, Declares End to "Democratic Experiment"
Bucuresti, Rumania - Following his sudden rise to power in the July Coup, Governor Cristian went about securing his base of power in Bucuresti. In the days following the coup he ordered the evacuation of all Legislators and key officials from Bucuresti citing "lingering security threats." Over the next week, he conjured up claims and accusations of subversion and collusion to levy against Virtuvece and several other powerful Social Democrats; it was using these claims that he ordered them to be arrested. This did not work to complete success as Virtuvece and six other high ranking Social Democrats were able to avoid arrest and flee to Cenagrad where they have petitioned the government for political asylum. Regardless of whether Virtuvece was arrested or fled, his absence removed Cristian's main political rival and the head of the opposition, allowing his to consolidate power. After the arrest of many Social Democratic legislators and the removal of Virtuvece, Cristian called a joint-session of the National Legislature where he publicly declared that: "decades of decadent and incompetent democratic infighting and partisanship has divided and weakened the nation, it has been made clear time and time again that this state cannot function without a single, unified, leading force. It is for this reason, for the continuity of the state and the welfare of the nation that I have chosen to dissolve the National Legislature, annul the Constitution, and finally put an end to the disastrous democratic experiment." Although he legally had no right to do any of what he had declared, he had the support of the Capitol Security Force (the closest thing to an army the nation has) on his side, thus making him powerful enough to do what he wanted. Surprisingly, he was met with little backlash. It appears as though the decades of civil conflict and government ineffectiveness had built a growing sense of apathy within the Rumanian psyche, or not wanting to suffer through more conflict the people decide that it was within their best interests not to fight back, not to oppose the change. Whatever it was, Governor Cristian was able to successfully, and with little more opposition, seize total control over the nation in a matter of mere weeks.

RP: Rumanian Coast Guard Detains Kowenians Under Suspicion of Piracy
The RSCG has detained all 13 Kowenian sailors under suspicion of Piracy as Federal Authorities launch investigation into collision and East Kowenian Merchant Company operations. RSCG, though facing waning odds, has continued the search for the missing sailors and captain from the Kowenian vessel, as well as debris, in hopes of piecing together a story and collecting potential evidence of criminal actions. The 13 detained Kowenians have been refused access to the Merchant Company and their families while in questioning by Federal Authorities. The questioning aims to find out why the Kowenians did not signal for help, what their ship was transporting, and about any other information which could hold clues regarding their actions and operations. Additionally the Merchant Company has been contacted by the investigators demanding they release information about the ship, the crew, and the cargo. The request for extradition to the Liranaholm has been denied, but the government has agreed to share evidence gained from investigations and questioning.

RP: A trade deal for home.

The Backlight Diplomatic Envoy got a trade deal of black steel, silver ingots, and light armors for night honey and furs, the furs is a help for the people living in the arctic part of the Backlighter Knightly Order, since most of the furs there were wearing out, and the night honey helped with calming down most of the Shadow Marshal and Sea Marshal.

RP

Steel, silver and armours!

Recent deal resulted in the Inkhaganate receiving an influx of materials and defensive apparel to which will be studied to see if they are of any use. The steel and silver is already disparched to be turned into whatever is necessary, preferably with the steel going for weapon manufactoring to soothe the weapon firearms demand for the Inkhaganate's horde. And to also make the Inkhaganate more self reliable than relying on Icewindian supplies.

The Tearthian government recommended a specific turtle named Turgon Svelos. He had been a spy and informant for the TU during the recent war and was heavily trusted within the government. Turgon was also willing to be hired by BaFIC to find the terrorists that killed many innocent lives.

RP: Digging In
Believing that the terrorist group was more than willing to hire their own race over others, given the nature of their goals, Turgon would be given the task of infiltrating and giving weekly reports on the group's plans and whereabouts. Basaran's spy arsenal was his to utilize.

Tearth wrote:RP: First Combat

After hearing about supposed terrorist presence in mountains near a village, the Tearthian military was quick to set up a camp near an entrance to a cave within the mountains. Two turtles went inside the cave alone to investigate, however the rumors were true, and both turtles were unexpectedly killed by terrorists hiding within the cave. The Tearthian military sent tanks, vehicles, and more troops to guard the outside of the cave. After nearly 12 days of camping outside of the cave, the military grew tired and decided to take this into their own hands. They charged inside and were fired upon from random locations. While all 23 terrorists inside the cave were eventually killed during the fight, the military still lost 42 of their men. The terrorists were a bigger threat than they had previously thought. They had been using the mountains to their advantage, as turtles living in that area were familiar with mountainous terrain. After the battle, the military had discovered more things about there terrorist group: They had been repairing and using equipment that was abandoned during the recent war in Tearth, they were planning another terrorist attack in Tearth, this time in the form of three bombs within an underground subway which had been prevented due to the military killing the 23 terrorists, and most importantly, their leader was a general of the recent war for the TP, and his name was Turtzev Grenso. Even after the victory, however, the military had completely underestimated the terrorists at the start, and with the information that the organization currently has more than 15,000 members, Tearth feels as if this could start a civil war.

RP: Going All-Terrain
Mountains were expected to be a staging point for attacks and this only confirmed the initial suspicions. RP: The Salamander

God, what am I doing out here? Corin asked himself, exhausted from the sun’s relentless assault as it at last began to fall beyond the desert’s horizon. Truly, the young Crowned Prince was out of his element: alone, haggard, and lost. Yet the incessant ringing in his ears cheered him on, told him he was bound down the right path. With Hex being less frequently around, Corin found himself often without the relief she provided for his condition, so he started to pay attention. He still could not decipher the whispers phonetically, but he had come to infer their meaning, strangely. They pointed him to the vast V’Keah Koyr, the great rocky desert of Schwypia, where he could find… Well, he hadn't bothered to find out.
Corin kicked a crumbled can which sat along the side of the poorly paved desert road.

“I’ve gotta be the biggest idiot on this side of the world!” He yelled into the dusk. “Now I’m lost in the middle of the desert because I listened to voices inside my head! God, what am I going to do?”
Pondering his situation in a deep paranoia, fearing for his very life, Corin failed to register the figure which stood opposite of him down the road, their body flickering from the heat waves which bounced off the tarmac.

“Lost, friend?” A voice, neither masculine or feminine, asked the Prince. It was the first voice Corin had comprehended in days. He snapped his head to greet the visage of the voice’s source. Standing tall, though not as tall as Corin, was an individual garbed in heavy cloths, their face hidden behind a shawl and turban. Only their piercing eyes were visible, youthful yet full of wisdom. Strange objects hung from their nomadic robes and thawb: beads of all assortments and colors, feathers of familiar and exotic birds, handcrafted wicker dreamcatchers of a multiplitude of sizes; they looked like a walking Xejekpenni craft store. Despite the unfamiliarity Corin had with this figure, he trusted them instantly, for the tinnitus in his ears subsided when he looked upon them.

“Uhhh… y-yes, I’m lost, can you help me?” Corin responded nervously.

“Of course, Prince Corin, I would be useless if I could not,” They responded. Corin took a step back.

“Y-you know who I am?”

“Yes, I do; you are not the first of your bloodline to come to me.”

“And… who exactly are you?” Corin inquired.

“You may call me Salamander,” they said. “The whispers brought you here, did they not?”

“So you know? Should I be surprised at this point?” Corin said with a sigh.

“I know many things, young Prince, most importantly that it is dangerous to wander these sands alone at night. Come with me, I’ll take you to shelter.” With that, the Salamander started down the road, not bothering to see if Corin followed suit. For a moment, he did not, still questioning Salamander’s motives, but the further away they got, the louder the whispers became. What choice did he have? Quickly, Corin jogged after Salamander, catching up to them and joining their side.

“So, um, who… what are you?” Corin asked.

“I am known as many things,” Salamander replied. “Soothsayer, diviner, anti-witch, shaman; they are all right, yet wrong all the same. I am but a humble servant of The Athgadat, the great spirit of these lands, whose body is the ground beneath our feet, whose blood is the rivers, and whose mind is the great Yolojjuj Mountain.”

“I assume, then, that you are what the voices led me to?”

“You can never be certain, but I would assume that that is a good guess.” The Salamander laughed. “I suppose you are looking for a cure? I am not sure what the nature of these whispers is, so you’ll need to show some patience.” The Salamander stopped dead in their tracks. Corin looked forward to see a small, shanty house off the side of the road, a single light on. “We are here.”

Corin followed Salamander to the porch. From the roof hung chimes and bobbles of all kinds, gently singing in the dainty breeze. An old rocking chair squeaked in unison with the shutters, creating an ensemble of old house sounds. Strange Xejekpenni carvings could be found on every square inch of the support posts, completely foreign to Corin. Salamander opened the door and gestured for Corin to enter. The Prince entered the abode with relative shock, as the inside was completely different from the exterior. Quilts of a myriad of color lined the walls and draped over the chairs and sofa of the living room, all of which sat atop an extravagant rug. An old, yet still very functional, television sat next to the fireplace, both of which were alight. It was surprisingly normal from an eccentric such as Salamander, yet small details revealed the shaman’s quirks. Bone cups and bowls could be found on every shelf and a dozen dreamcatchers hovered from the ceiling, swaying in the breeze created by the fan. Yet what Corin found most strange was the other individual in the room. In one of the living room chairs, another man studied Corin. He looked to be in his mid twenties and shared Corin’s lanky build, though he appeared far more disheveled. His dark brown hair was a mess of curls, his skin tan from months in the desert, and his scraggly goatee was still wet with some sort of soup. What tipped Corin off the most was the single streak of white in his dark mess of hair and a matching line in his beard.

“A Hethwyrian?” Corin found himself saying out loud. The man smiled.

“You must be Prince Corin, it is an honor,” he said. “I am Oscar Hethwyr. My father is Alois Hethwyr, the former Prime Minister.”

“...What’s a Hethwyr doing out here?” Corin asked.

“Same reason as you,” Oscar put bluntly.

“You hear the voices too?”

“Not exactly.”

“What then?”

“Dreams. What you hear, I see: The fractured moon, the billowing flames, the red shadows, the rising sun at the end of it all.”

“I… don’t hear any of that,” Corin replied, his brow crooked. Oscar gave no reply.

“I had been wandering across Schwypia, living from hostel to hostel, like a vagrant. I met many people, rich and poor, and learned many things, both mundane and supernatural. All of it led me here, to Salamander. You are in good hands, Corin, trust me. The voices, you’ll learn to control them, just as I have learned to control The Dream.”

“I…” Corin began, until a hand fell on his shoulder.

“A lot for you to take in,” Salamander said from behind. “And too much for you in your current state. You are not ready for the powers Oscar speaks of, but one day you will be. I will make sure you get back home to Milare tomorrow. I will stay in touch and we will begin once you are ready and once I know more about these voices. Do you accept this?”
Corin looked over to Oscar. He didn’t look right, though not in the traditional sense. His eyes… they seemed absent, vacant. It made Corin feel anxious. He couldn’t tell where the Prime Minister’s son was looking: into him or beyond? At his flesh or his soul? Whatever clandestine powers he possessed, Corin wasn’t sure if they were benign or malevolent. Maybe Salamander was warning him, warning him of this.

“I accept,” Corin told Salamander.

And so it was true. The next day, Corin returned home to the wrath of his mother, the Queen, for he had neglected to tell anyone about his whereabouts. Yet Corin could not stop thinking about Oscar’s eyes as he clutched the exotic feather Salamander had given him.

RP: Meeting the Eastward Brethren

The Schwypian message would be received by Avidina first, as apart of its radio jam against the Mayori, no communications were to come to the Isle in or out unless it was granted by the Avani government. Once it was, it would be passed through to Rose whom would become ecstatic about this news. Sending out an agreement to travel to the Schwypian mainland to speak once again. Bringing along her personal guard as a "blast from the past" in her own words.

RP: Unveiling the Curtain

Before her departure, scientists from the remnant lab would begin to fear something greatly. A project, designed to be only revealed during times if crisis would see itself beginning to break down from age. With no possible way to fix it, the scientists would call in Rose to overseer the unsealing.

Arriving on time, her patience would be worn as she was expected to leave the following day. Lowering herself into a constructed bunker, the sight of wires and cables would not be unfamiliar, but would be more of a shock to see after so long. Before the Kaiseress, lay 6 pods containing what appeared to be Spartans.
"Mein Kaiseress! It is an honor to have you here!"
Stated one of the engineers on the project
"Yes Yes... Lets get on with it."
"R-Right away!"
Without question, the engineers would begin the decompression cycle. after a few minutes, the pods would slide open and reveal a pure white mist. Coming out of the pods, Spartans from the old world would emerge and stay utterly silent. On their right shoulders would be the mark of the Phoenix, and Rose hated it.
"They are from his era?"
"Y-Yes my Kaiseress! We plan to fix this however!"
"Good, I want that removed immediately. A rose is what keeps this nation and people alive, not the ashes of a failure."
These Spartans would look to their hands and move their legs. Rose slowly stepped forward and examined these marvels of tech and steel. One would slightly turn towards her, showing her the mark of a headhunter.
"237 has this mark... Why was I not informed they were headhunters?"
"Erm... We didn't... We didn't know either! Those files were lost during one of the raids from the locals. That was from the breach..."
"I see..."
She swiftly turned back and observed the 6 figures and cleared her throat
"The year is 2164. You have been asleep for nearly 70 years, I am sorry it has taken us this long."
"What is the threat?"
One would speak up, a female
"There is no threat, your pods were too aged to be repaired, however this is good news for y-"
"Who are you? Where is Emperor Karz? Where are we?"
One would interrupt, surveying the room and attempting to find any traces of information.
"I am Kaiseress Rose, Rose Von Braun. Karz is in Demira with my mother. As for where we are... We are on an Island called Remnant. On the surface well... is the remnant of our people."
The Spartans would stay silent, cold. They would not know how to take the situation with all that had unfolded. However, they would come to an understanding and accepted it quickly.
"If everything you say is true, then that makes you the daughter of Karz..."
The Spartans kneeled before Rose and looked to her
"What are your orders?"
Rose raised a brow to this sudden show of loyaltly, but went with it.
"Well... First, you are known as Noble team. Noble 1,2,3,4,5,and 6."
She would point to them Individually for each number. She would look to 6 however the most.
"As of what you are to do, you are headhunters. You will be assigned to 237 and work under his command. I am looking forward to when I return."

For a brief moment did the ground tremble as the airship plummeted onto the floor-- the airship was decimated with the unison projecting of the Wind Casters, it did not help when the ship meet its demise hard against the grassy terrain.
The gunwarriors and casters landed, surrounding the wreckage of what once possibly used to be a glorious airship of some foreign nation.

One of the Īszka casters, when grounded, looked in the direction of the few survivors that managed to run away. The Caster's mask briefly illuminated by whatever light was avaiable to them as it was dead night, just barely visible if they were to look back... a picture that will be imprinted into their mind.

These horrid, wooden masks...
Meanwhile, the group would begin to board of the leftovers, seeing if there would be anything worthwhile inside.
Survivors, trinkets and so on...

And yet, with the piercing gaze of the Wind Caster meeting their direction, it was unknown if they were seen or not. If they did not die by the hand of the harpies, then let nature take them.

The gunwarriors took lead, keeping the casters safe as they investigated the wreckage. Anyone found alive will be tied and taken prisoner, anyone resisting will be shoot and whatever is left, looted.
A small group split themselves to reach back home on-wing, to notify their Icewindian officer that organized this group of the news.
The news, that they took down the foreign entity. The ship fired first, so they attacked.

RP: Elections Part 3

Some parties died, some forced to drop and others are cemented to Final Position in last stages of Elections.

Parties running in Election:
Ultranationalist-Militarist Coalition - General Abble
Center for Democracy Coalition (Tengerian party lead) - Akulda Winter
Icewindia First Party - John Smith
Icewindian Independent Party- Robert Charles
Progressive Party (Social Democracy) - Kishi Kennedy

It is noted Foreign Funding is legal but frowned upon. Too much foreign Interference however can lead to problems...

The Great Debates:

As the Final Debates are ongoing. Progressive Party has convinced New Wolfania Party to drop out and join them. Massive peaceful protests in Wolfinite area's try to raise awareness to Progressive Party. Icewindian Independent Party however is using Fear to try to win populace citing it is the Wolfinites who are "Foaming at the mouth" aggressive "Ethnonationalist backstabbing Separatists" who need to be tamed as only Good Wolfinite is a Tamed Domesticated Dog. Icewindia First Party is campaigning hard with Television ads and occasional on ground speeches in swing voting areas trying to win. Center for Democracy Coalition (Tengerian party lead) was going very well and they were expected to win. Akulda is on the ground with her Husband campaigning however she was heading to Debates now. Ultranationalist-Militarist Coalition has split apart as Hemlock and Abble disagreed on future of the country. With Abble arrested for agitation of Violence and Blackmail against Parties. Including a investigation into an Assassination attempt on Akulda as there is evidence a known Gato Tribe member Assassin is missing. General Kori Winter is standing in for Party trying to salvage the disastrous campaign. All parties are now going to debate stage with Arko as a Guest allowed on stage. Despite so many important figures on stage Security has been increased but not enough. Marshall Hemlock steps out to try to get Garrison troops to bolster security.

All Candidates are seen on stage all starting shaking each other hands then singing to National Anthem. Once that is done candidates get to there podiums. Each one debating with one another civilized like almost no one interrupting each other. Robert Charles is noted for his Fist slamming Populaist fury however Akulda despite being calm is noted to get masses to really cheer. The Crowd then chanting into "We want Akulda!". Once crowd calms down. General Kori in a power move is wearing Power Armor on stage is able to get crowd to chant "Death to Blayredeshia". John Smith is able to get crowd to clap and cheer a little. Promising to make Icewindia Greater then ever before. Kishi Kennedy promises necessary reforms and protection to Wolfinite Minorities that wins hearts of many in the crowd.

The Debates are nearing the end as they all begin to debate one by one policy's. However security looks agitated somthing is wrong. Arko is noted to rush forward infront of Akulda and a bang is heard. Security rushes into action as crowd screams and ducks. One Wolfinite Figure in Crowd with an Elephant Gun is seen firing again and Kishi Kennedy is hit dead on impact before Security gun down the Assassin. People are rushed as Bomb Squads head over Police and Military Garrison officials take charge of the scene. Almost all the surviving candidates are evacuated to Safe Rooms however Akulda and Arko are heading to Hospital as Arko took a bullet for his Wife. All this caught on Live Television. Marshall Hemlock can be seen on ground yelling at troops to lock area down and evacuate candidates. Camera's still rolling see him and Bomb Squad defuse an dead man switch on Dead Assailiant. Reason the bomb did not go off is because assassin died in an Locking Hand position. The Bomb was an high explosive one with Ball Bearings thrown over it meant to act like extreme shrapnel. This was too well made. Eventually bomb was defused. With Bomb defused and area secured now came the Fallout of the Incident. Marshall Hemlock is quick to try to protect sacred elections and its integrity. Doing Damage control as he tries to rally the nation. He purposely has Wolfinite Security around him trying to calm the masses.

It is noted Akulda Winter is no longer Campaigning. She has not dropped out but she cant leave her Husbands Hospital bedside. Refusing any Media interviews. Icewindian Population confused now have to choose there candidates in voting polls.

RP: Dam Outsiders!

Icewindian officer notes this and reports it to High Command. High Command informs Marshall Hemlock. Marshall Hemlock asks Mila to interrogate the Prisoners. Find out where they came from? Why did they attack? If Mila fails in interrogation then Marshall simply asks to bring them to him as he knows Icewindian Intelligence Services can get info out of them if Harpies cant.

As more and more of the jets would be produced, they would finally be reclassified as the A-34 Thunder jetfighters. The Avani military would begin wanting to test its limits with these visitors and assign 15 A-34s to fly over the ships. In addition, recently getting their first set of destroyer hulls from Icewindia. Fitting the weapons on top of the vessels, the 4 Destroyers would set out for the Exbrenian ships, curious on what they would do.

RP: Backing the Imperials

Arcwind would receive the letter of request from the Imperial movement, she would converse with Rose on the matter. The two would be in mutual agreement and would promptly offer whatever the movement needed, the two would provide.

RP: Back to where they came from
With the presence of the Avidinian jets and ships, a total recall was issued to all Exbrenian aircraft, and they would return to their fleet, this recall was able to be heard by radio operators listening to the frequency that the Exbrenians were using, though however many were on this frequency is likely to be few. Once all Exbrenian aircraft had returned to the fleet, the fleet would begin to back off from the islands and would begin making their way north. More radio transmissions would be heard coming from the fleet as well, this time directed to something else, something towards the north.

The Milenciano rescue efforts also recovered one Kowenian, and two bodies from the merchant company. The lone Kowenian recovered was floating in the sea thanks to a life vest he had on. The Kowenian spoke with authorities that he was initially in a life raft with other members of the crew, although the life raft had capsized and they were unable to right up the raft. They quickly became separated from themselves and the raft in the current.

Overall, the rescue efforts had recovered 23 out of the 26 persons on the Liranaholm vessel.

21 out of the 48 onboard the Kowenian vessel had been recovered (19 alive, 2 confirmed dead.)

While there is still a chance of further recovery of the missing crew member on the Liranaholm vessel and the further 27 Kowenians still missing (including the captain), the potential search area has grown tremendously due to the time that has passed since the incident and the ocean currents.

Dwarf Land4 wrote:RP: Interdiction

With a majority of the Lirana sailors, and some Kowenians, found, the coastguard begins to wind down operations in the Area, rather than waste money on a likely futile endeavour. Requests to both Rumanian States and Milenciano are sent, hoping for the extradition of the Kowenians to Liranaholm, where they can be questioned about the events of the sinking, as will be the Lirana crew.

To the Kowenians refusing to talk, and who have family in Liranaholm will have them flown in, but those with Family in East Kowen will not be able to return to the country until the investigation into the matter is over. Lawyers will not be permitted for the time being, to prevent any possible chance of perjury, though they may be allowed in soon, under supervision.

RP: Shipwrecks and survivors

Milenciano's goverment has agreed to bring the Kowenian sailor to Liranaholm, to leave him there for questioning regarding the collision, but is asking the Kowenian States to question the Kowenian captian about the collision with the Milenciano ship in the Nations waters.

Local Reports would come into the local authorities. However, this would quickly be passed to the Avani government as the ship in question was not within the Avani registration. The government would begin by mobilizing the scout vehicles to tail the group, waiting for authorization to detain.

Meanwhile, a section of Frontiers would be deployed to wrecked vessel, along with air support in case they would try to flee. In addition, ADF forces would set a perimeter around the Shipwreck to Isolate the ship and the rest of Avidina.

Marshall Hemlock offers that solution to the government... He offers to pay current years wages and lost wages for this current year up to January 5th, 2165. This would give Icewindia Influence over Luwuian Military. Marshall Hemlock is friendly to Civilian Government and wishes to help them.

Infact Marshall makes it clear he can also continue to pay beyond 2165 but this would give Icewindia Tremendous Influence over Luwuian Military. It might be wise to allow some foreign influence to give Civilian Government time to balance the budget but not rely too much on Icewindians.

Going south.

Icewindia

Few nomads hailing from the Inkhaganate have decided to find courage and travel southwards into territory of the Icewindians, simply out of wanderlust. They want to explore the country the Protector comes from while also trying to get a thrill out of having to live off the cold land.
After a lenghty trip, the few nomadic groups would pass the border, only to be stopped soon after by Icewindian patrols.
The groups would speak broken Common, and would not understand when asked for any kind of documents.
Some would come with their families, some alone. When inquired as for why they are wandering so far away from their homeland, they all gave an innocent answer of just wanting to see the land of friends or to explore the world or to find a new place to settle for some time.

Metal birds going out!

After the call was given, Inkhaganate jets began to fly out of the joint airbase to intercept the Icewindian planes and to escort them safely back to the airbase while maintaining watch for enemy metal birds from the east.

The Nomad migration.

Tearth
Woleve Atraland

In fact, some nomadic groups would try different routes.
Some would go East to the unknown lands of Atraland, while some would go down towards the Tearth nation, where unbeknownst to the Inkhaganate the turtle nation resided while being embroiled in a war.
The same thing happened with Icewindians.
When confronted, they all expressed their wish to wanderlust and to see the foreign world. Perhaps even trade a few things here and there, and move on. They would have no documents, and in broken common they all say they hail from the Tori Inkhaganate.

As aforementioned, the groups would be armed. Some had bolt action rifles, while some had bows. Though they state that it is for self preservation from wildlife or for hunting during their trip when confronted about those. But their motives seemed genuine in wishing to see the lands outside the steppe, and politely request whatever they encounter past the borders if they can freely pass.

When approached, the Nomads would not run away and instead behaved peacefully and orderly, even hailing border patrols and offering tribal trinkets as a sign of goodwill.

RP: Welcome
Upon approaching the border, the nomads found themselves detained temporarily, however after a short period the nomads were permitted entry to the nation; though they would be followed by a group of cultural anthropologists from the University of Sol Vitorri, eager to learn about nomadic life, as well as a squad of soldiers to protect them on their journey.

RP: Restructuring
Today the Sol Invictus announced that mass restructuring will be happening in the Imperium Armed Forces, with many units planned to be disbanded or restructured, as well as expansions to the Navy being planned. Alongside the military restructuring, a total governmental restructuring has been announced, with a mass audit being planned of the government, to find and disband the most ineffective parts of government. The current Head of Taxation and Tariffs, Alek Mikhael, was arrested today for charges of bribery, being accused of accepting over 18.5 million Marks in bribes in exchange for tax lenience to over 13 companies, whose CEOs have also been arrested and their assets incorporated into the Crown Corporation, the massive conglomerate that handles all Crown-owned businesses. The first governmental branch to be formed in these new restructuring plans is the Department of Taxation and Tariffs, which was formerly responsible for foreign relations as a byproduct of its responsibility for tariffs. Today the DTT lost all foreign relation powers to a newly formed office, the Secretariat of Geopolitics, which will now take over all embassies and foreign relations tasks, as well as being responsible for trade deals internationally. The Sol Invictus has deemed this a new era in Atralandian history, promising to bring the Imperium to new heights and a true golden age. The Sol Invictus has solidified his stance for the first time, promising to stamp out government inefficiency and corruption, to grow the economy heavy industry as well as the specialized sector, to expand education funding, and to start a Crown-owned alternative to private healthcare, offering an assurance of emergency medical care to all Woleves, and an affordable basic coverage plan for the poor. Many experts have speculated taxes will rise to accommodate these plans, however, the Sol Invictus has hinted that the Crown-owned private companies will be largely footing the bill, with rumors that a mass audit will be coming to the capitalists of Atraland, with any companies convicted of tax evasion or other crimes against the nation being absorbed. The Sol Invictus has also announced a national Small Business Loan, offering no-interest loans to those with a solid business plan to open up small businesses across the nation in an effort to grow the economy further.

RP: Foreign Relations
