Today at 4:02 P.M the Nonadian Government celebrated that 4 billion people officially were citizens of Nonadia. Citizens of major cities such as San Lata, Topago, and Arville weren't such big fans of this news. Nonadian citizens had always noticed the declining GDP per capita and as the average income became noticeably alot worse in the biggest cities. Nonadia used to be praised, but now, it was developing completely backwards. Nonadia was falling into a third world nation despite it being technologically advanced.

Military spending didn't help this. For years money was being poured into the military while the nation got poorer. And with the recent expansion of the Third Imperial Navy, it could get worse. Capitalism slightly helped the economy, but not the extent the government wanted it too. To add on to this, the Government continued to ignore the signs that Nonadia was heading towards a third world nation. And now the nation was going head first into the crisis.

Crowding people in certain areas such as major cities wasn't helping, but the Government also knew the affect it would have on major cities if they encouraged citizens to move out. The Nonadian Congress was stuck in a dilemma and there was no way to get out of it. With two options;

Either jeopardize the future of major cities by encouraging citizens to move out.

Or continue to kick the can down the road and expand major cities, the easy way out.

But congress also knew that kicking the can down the road would only force them to wait for the problem to come again. And so, after a long session in the Senate and a close vote of 254 - 246, the Nonadian government chose to kick the can down the road and wait for the problem to come back to them, so that way they have time to think about the best solution. Major backlash came from the public on this decision, and around 500,000 people came to the city of San Lata to protest the decision which lasted a few hours.

With backlash, Congress held a popular vote, something never seen in decades. It came back that 61%, mostly people in suburbs, were not a fan of the decision. And so now the Senate had to withdraw the decision and was stuck back in the dilemma. The Senate had no more ideas and was now stuck. With the future of Nonadia on the line, they had to do something.

With the approval of the King to place a base within Qaltoa territory, Archron wastes no time. Roma, a little saddened by the delay, would understand and carry on. Commander Helmuth, now General Helmuth, would oversee the construction of the Fire base. Something that would stun the Qaltoans

Over the arid coast, any Qaltoans looking over their waters, would see 3 large sized MTCs and 2 smaller vessels crossing their fair waters. Underneath these MTCs would be large steel blocks, something that also had blue lights on it. As they reached the site, the lead MTC would drop the block. The block would burst into steam and expand out into a flat surface with what appeared to be grooves in the metal for something. A large bang would be heard as a middle section of the base would sink, pushing down into the sands it laid upon. As the second MTC came along, they would now see this MTC hover and place this block perfectly symmetrical. This block would also burst into steam and break into several different pieces along the grooves and form a basic structure and a basic roof with another series of grooves. As the third MTC came along, this Block would be the entire length of the MTC and much larger. It would land on top of the Fire Base structure and lay the block down. This block would hiss into purple steam and break apart like the last. this time, breaking into metal plating. Once the plating was removed and attached to the base, forming the main structure, the block would harbor other items. Such as lights, a assembly line for a garden, which would shift down to the left side and onto the remaining firebase structure, containing its own soil. Finally, the Flag that would drape down before the large door that would lead into the firebase, and by design would have a lowered chamber for storing vehicles. This would all be done in a matter of minutes, giving its name, Firebase

Meanwhile, a little after the base was constructed, the units would arrive. Troop transports carrying 7 men and a Cerberus MBT in one, and 7 men with two regular Warthogs, would arrive onto shore. The casual talking of the Archians would be heard as they transferred supplies that were on top of the Cerberus. Once all the troops left the carrier, the roar of the Cerberus would grow loud as black smoke rolled from the back and the treads moved forward. A pinnacle of Archian engineering and foreign dedication would drive across the sands of the Qaltoan coast to the Firebase. The Firebase would be made of many compartments. A lower section for a vehicle hold, and the remaining upper decks for crew holds. Once the Archians entered the base, it would be a little while before they would exit, and tend to the garden.

RP: Election ended, DSP found attempting to fix said election
With the election coming to the close, the predictors only got two out of the three things correct, the Council and HOR have a complete majority rule by Raven, however to pretty much everyone's surprise, the DSP managed to secure the presidency. Quick investigations by both the Evven overseers and Exbrenian ballot counters would confirm that the majority of voters did indeed vote for Winfried, and that the DSP was likely depositing ballots in secrecy to sway the numbers in their favor. This, along with the issue of the dawnbreakers on the mainland still attacking farmers and raiding farms (though food no longer being an issue due to Evven food shipments) would be enough to bring many Exbrenians in the streets in protest towards the DSP, towards the inaction of the government towards them, and in some rarer cases, towards what many call the "inefficient democracy" as a whole. The protests against the democracy all call for Raven to take total control, and to remove the election process to ensure that a strong hand to guide the nation is in power at all time, these protestors are still only a small percent of the protests in Exbrenia. With the DSP's frankly obvious rigging of the election, Winfried was deemed the victor, this does not stop the protests towards the DSP however with many calling for the party to be banned, more investigations into the DSP are occurring under the ECIIA's watchful eye.

With Little stopping Hemlock from Entering New Sedran in Romas mind, Roma would order the 76th Archian Battalion to secure the Castle. They would begin to emplace cameras and a perimeter wall around the castle. All entering and leaving the Castle are required to have Identification with them. Roma has also mobilized the Navy. Deploying 3 Kraken class destroyers to guard and patrol the coast for any one that might try to escape or people trying to enter the country.

RP || Artaecus: Life Extension Program

The Artaecusian Government has allocated funding to further improve existing equipment as part of the new Life Extension Program (LEP) which is centered around making all existing equipment in service relevant and maintain their overmatch capabilities. A total of five billion Kalros has been set aside to ensure the program runs smoothly, with contracts already being awarded to companies such as Artae-Tek and ArcJet Systems.

The first upgrade being introduced is for the M8's in active service. The weight of the vehicle has been significantly reduced from 68 tons to 65 tons with the latest metallurgy and weight-saving techniques to existing modules. The Gas Turbine has seen significant improvements to both range and lifespan, allowing the vehicle to loosen the restriction on the engine governer for a top speed of 90km/h. With the introduction of JP-8, the improvements done to the lifespan and fuel efficiency is almost doubled.

All onboard thermal imaging and night-vision systems have been upgraded to their new 4th generation versions. Fire Control Systems have been upgraded with 99% hit probability against stationary targets and 98% against targets on the move. Ammunition datalink has been further improved with the introduction of the newest generation of APFSDS and GLATGM's which are capable of defeating APS.

Armor has been reworked with the introduction of Shtora X Modular Armor Package. Intergration of Malachit Dual-Explosive Reactive Armor has allowed the vehicle to save 1.5 tons in armor, while also increasing its effectiveness to 3000mm of RHA equivalent on the turret which supersedes existing foreign tanks such as the T-72B3 models by 200%. Malachit has also been intregated into the modular side armor blocks in the hull to further increase protection against tandem shaped-charge warheads. Anti-radar coating of the exterior has been improved to reduce the vehicle signature by a further 20%, with further improvements to the magnetic proximity fuze jamming by increasing its effective range from 10m to 20m. This variant of the M8 has been dubbed the M8A4, and will be replacing all active service M8A2's and M8A3's.

The second notable upgrade will be given to the battle-hardened F/A-23. Majority of the upgrades given is classified, but a general outline on the improvements has been given to the press:

The radar-absorbant coating on the exterior, engine, targetting software, radar and subsystems has been improved but the extent is unspecified. These new F/A-23's will be given the Block 10/12 designation and all existing F/A-23's will be upgraded to the new variant.

The Artaecusian Government has stated that certain actions such as military cooperation with Kiamai would indeed hinder relations to a certain degree, but the Artaecusians also stated that they would not attempt to force the Archian Government's hand as they see the Archians as an extension of Artaecus and thus would like to maintain their relationship and be allies for the foreseeable future. They also have stated that several Cerberus' will be delivered to Empress Emily's place of residence as a gift, with happy meals sitting on top of the industrial grade heaters within all the vehicles.

Regarding other matters, the Artaecusian Government has asked on the Archian Government's thoughts on manufacturing more M8 production facilities. They also would like to further strengthen military cooperation through several excercises the Artaecusians have been planning on, with some of them relating to preparing the local forces for a defense against a future Zekeian war should another start.

The Artaecusian Government has allocated funds to construct more nuclear power stations to power East Kowen's future. Existing nuclear power plants will be examined and evaluated, those that do not meet the Artaecusian standards will either be upgraded or replaced entirely by a new plant should upgrades not be possible. Personnel will be given Artaecusian training on operations and will only allow those who pass the Artaecusian's training course to operate the future power plants.

While the exact number or percentage of the split is unclear, some plants will be made fully automated by AI. Each plant will also be given military-grade security by PMC companies like AshPro, who are exclusively ran by Ashgard for protection against external threats such as terrorist.

RP: Our Bad
As the [nation]Icewindian troops numbering at around a Million begin to cross the border they are quickly intercepted by Blayredeshin Home Guard and CIS who inform them that a miscommunication had led them to believe the troops had gone east before the Blayredeshians could prepare the train and convoys for them. Regardless the Icewindians were then loaded up onto military trains and truck convoys and sent west to Port Justice where a transport fleet had been assembled for them. The journey to the Port will take a few days, but the time to transport them to Basaran is estimated to at least take 2-3 weeks due to the Port already being used by the 4th Army who number at 200,000 Infantry, 250 Tanks, and 40 Artillery Pieces which has only recently left its station at Fort Texar and is being transported to Basaran in an action that itself will take 2 weeks to complete due to it already being underway.

Following the resuming of hostilities, the Solis Imperium has offered to move in and aid the fight against the Totalist regime, offering to send over the 145th and 414th Air Cavalry Corps alongside the 674th Light Combined Arms Infantry Corps. The forces will be supported by the special forces of the Solis Imperium and two air wings.

While most Kowenians are uneasy with the idea of a large foreign military force within their nation, many seem to look the other way regarding Archron empire sending more units to be garrisoned in North Kowen.

Mainly as a result of the few separatist pro-Incheon city groups that have resorted to violence in order to achieve their means, with terrorist style attacks against the former North Kowenian military dictatorship. The most recent attack happened during the war between Archron and North Kowen, where separatists drove a military supply truck onto an army base posed as them dropping supplies. The two terrorists on board the truck, who were wearing stolen North Kowenian army uniforms, quickly left the area after leaving the truck parked outside of a warehouse nearby two barracks. Roughly 15 minutes later, the truck exploded. The explosion caused a partial collapse of the warehouse, which set off a chain reaction of explosions due to munitions inside, and the destruction of the barracks closest to the truck. 143 North Kowenian military personnel were killed in the attack.

The temporary North Kowenian government (Archians gave power to a special group of North Kowenians to assist the transition from the dictatorship to a democratic system) warns the Archians due to them making their stance clear against the separatists, they are certainly going to resume their activities and that future attacks are imminent.

With Archron neglecting North Kowen for a little while, Roma has begun to full throttle industry in the North Kowenian land. Roma has instructed for more railways, roads, and bridges to ve constructed. To also aid the Kowenians, Archron has begun to build a series of Factories for North Kowenian use. Archron has offered jobs for the Kowenian people to work to build these factories. Archron has done the same for a another series of Dockyards and ports to be built across the coast.
Roma, for his second phase, would plan for a revival in Kowenian education centers and colleges. Apart of his second phase, Roma would further Archrons stay in North Kowen by placing more Military bases on the coast.
North kowen

Many North Kowenians are happy with the decision of the Archian government to expand North Kowen’s infrastructure and the construction of factories, which is seen as North Kowen’s unemployment rate begins to drop.
The education centers are also seen as a big positive, although there is a political debate among the populace regarding education. With North Kowenians not having much money or access to a stable income before, the poverty rate in North Kowen is still pretty high with many North Kowenians not likely going to being able to afford getting a college degree, or even a trade skill through a trade school. This has led some citizens in the country to propose having education up to the college level be free, as the military dictatorship before had done with the healthcare industry in North Kowen.

Others oppose the notion of a free college as the country wouldn’t be able to afford it without either a spike in taxes or inflation, and many point at the current healthcare system’s problems and that the military dictatorship—before Archron invaded—considered privatizing parts of it due to the large cost it had on the government.
