RP: The Construction of Moth City
Within the quiet tundras in the north, Private Contractors have done something special. Buying land that was once in hospitable for humans and large life, They would begin to construct something call Moth City
Homes the size of Bird houses and up would be placed in trees and small buildings that looked like apartment blocks would be created. As well has a large perimeter boundary zone to keep unwanted animals or people out. They would create a town square filled with all sorts of small shops and even places to work. Also constructing lights that wouldn't cause a problem for the moths and be a distraction. Except for one, that would only light up at night. A 19 foot tall lamp post would be constructed with just enough light to keep the moth eyes safe, but to be a large attraction. The Light would also be seen from outside the city

Seeing a rise in relations with the nation of 
Fiercewood, the Alingarchi Government - in conjunction with the City of Ivery Local Government - has resolved to send an Invitation to the City of Ivery, to their Xin-Fael Allies.
They would be given a space of 8 Square Kilometers within the City, with which they may develop as they wish, so long as their developments stay within City and National Regulations.
All incoming Citizens would be given Citizenship within the City of Ivery - meaning, they would be allowed to live within the Ivery Autonomous Zone for as long as they wished, but would require total Alingarchi Citizenship to traverse the Country itself. In addition to this, all incoming Xin-Fael would be allotted housing within the City, and their financial needs provided to them by the Alingarchi Government through a UBI System.
Incoming Xin-Fael Students would also be diverted to schools across the City, though would have to take a shortened version of the ATAI Test in order to determine their specialties and specialized areas of education. The students would also be given housing near their given schools, and a monthly stipend to cover their various needs. More than likely, however, Xin-Fael Students would have to share a room with one or more students, unless specific restrictions render such impossible.
The City of Ivery, after receiving this offer from both the Kiamaian Government and Kiamaian Ministry of Education, has resolved to accept this offer of a Cultural-Exchange Program. Limited to the Ivery Autonomous Zone in total size, the Cultural Exchange Program is to take place across all schools within the IAZ, and incoming students or visitors are to be given housing by the Iverian Government for the duration of their stay. In addition, incoming peoples are to be given a monthly stipend, with a varying amount given each month depending on individual needs.

The Goran Government has announced that it wishes to form relations with The gardurlands. Among the things being offered are free trade with inspection, a no aggression pact, and mutual embassies. This comes as the Goran government is trying to expand foreign relations in Kuros as a whole.

The Gorans are especially ecstatic about forming relations with Platinium because of their close proximity. Prince Forester has made a daring speech to the people of Cervania today, for he expects war with the TNL and Icewindia especially to begin soon, and thus speaks to his people to alleviate their fears.
"I, Prince Forester, stand here today, humbled by the task before us, mindful of the sacrifices borne by our Cervanian ancestors.
We are in the midst of a crisis. Cervania is soon to be at war against a far-reaching storm of disturbance and deletion. Cervania's economy is badly weakened: a consequence of carelessness and irresponsibility on the part of acknowledgement, but also on the collective failure to make hard choices and to prepare for a new, MAD age.
Today, I say to you, that the challenges are real, and they are many. They will not be easily met, or in a short span of time, but know this, Cervania: they will be met. In reaffirming the greatness of our nation, we understand that greatness is never given, our journey has never been one of shortcuts. The meeting with Rose of the Archron Empire has concluded. While not much has been accomplished, at least embassies will be established. It was also reported that Empress Mira and Princess Emily planted a single Rose in a field in the State of Niastan which Rose of Archron gave Mira during the meeting. The meeting has definitely steered Kiamai-Archron relations into a positive direction
Throughout Varien's interrogation, it becomes increasingly obvious that he isn't aware of his dangerous history. The following is a vague transcript of the event:

Ultra is an eccentric experimental metal band formed in the Archron empire that is composed of sporadic Evven drummer/vocalist Germain Leclerc, haunting Evven keyboardist/vocalist Fleuretta Martel, alluring Archian bassist Helena Krieg, and demanding Archian guitarist and front-man Helmuth Von Rhinehardt. This band, who had recently released their first album, Une (Right-Oh!), is well-known for their sporadic, violent sound and beyond-eccentric onstage performance.
Still on-tour for the release of their first album, they plan to have several shows throughout Evve Terre. During one of their shows, Von Rhinehardt and Krieg brought two terminally-ill fans onstage, giving them their guitars. At another show, the band paused their performance to spit on a particularly rude audience member.

East Evvia, a steadily-developing nation that is the cradle of modern-day Solism, has made yet another step towards becoming 'One people under Sol.'
In a live-broadcasted speech by Satyrn DeVallier from his personal ship, he has not only claimed that his bloodline traces back to the DeVallier family of Evve Terre, but that he is the reincarnation of his namesake: the first Evven king. He stated that, with this in mind, he has petitioned for the Archron empire to establish him as sovereign of East evvia.
RP: Found use for that Archinite
With Exbrenia finally nearing completion of the Super-AI that was planned to run all the military robotics, many Exbrenian scientists look towards the 5 tons of Archinite that Exbrenia has held onto since the Apollyon regime. After some thought, Exbrenia plans to construct an Archinite reactor to run the AI's systems. With this new, efficient power source being found, new plans have been drawn up to have the AI run possibly new systems within Haven, and possibly within the whole island of Haven entirely! The one downside to this reactor being, Exbrenia hasn't recieved another Archinite shipment in 56 years. As a result, many researchers have petitioned Winfried to start a possible Archinite trade with the Archron empire. Following the request, Winfried requests to meet with the current leader of Archron to discuss possible trade

With the news of Satyrn Devallier putting his claims forward, Archron has decided to appease. Archron has removed the current ruler of East evvia and has placed Satyrn in power. As a bonus to appease the Solists, Archron has recognized Satyrn DeVallier as the true leader of the Solists

The Creation of the band Ultra in Evve terre and Archron, large amounts of Inspiration have begun to flood Archron. But in a different light. A Post-Collapse band known as “Fortunes Favor” and “Evertide” have sprung up with their new style of heavy and sad like music. However, this having the opposite affect on Archian society. With this movement, several other versions of music have begun to form. Causing a musical Golden Age to uprise and swallow Archron. Entertainment in Archron has reached higher than it ever has before.
Many Public figures have credited this to the positive outcomes from the Rose Regime. Many media outlets have called it “The building blocks for a world change”

Delegate of Esolda was sent east to begin organizing Aerial State to see how Partial-Assimilation Process was going for "Ice Dawnbreakers" in which some core values and most principles were changed or altered to be either acceptable or exact to Icewindian but leaving remaining culture intact. The Point was to make it an accepted Culture not an Exact Total Assimilation. This is how Icewindia was able to handle a Multi-Species Empire.
Delegate begins to organize on Empress will Knights of yore. However not just any Knights, Ice Mountain Knights of East. An Knightly brotherhood of Dawn-breakers both male and Female. Controversial thing in East was that Icewindian Language had to be taught next to Archian Germanic Tounge. Esolda was encouraging Language takeover not by force but by Convenience. After-all Icewindian is language of Business in Country if you want to move up ranks you better start learning. She did NOT WANT A REPEAT OF DHARKOLFIA. Enough Cultural Identity to not Rebel but enough Assimilation to make them feel Icewindian. The Kempetai would ensure as well that no Dawnbreaker Nationalist would try to rally them.

RP: Protecting what matters
With encouragement from her wife during their meeting in Kiros, Orders have been sent to the Defense Commission to begin preparations for the transport and permanent establishment of around 10 divisions into Archrian ports and border installations. This force will number over 140,000 and will take months to ship out in full and are to participate in an Etrian-Archrian military exercise to dissuade foreign aggression. These forces are also only to be considered defensive in nature and will only strike if Archron is attacked directly.

The power vacuum left by the formal retiring of former Prime Minister Wei Wuxian has sent the Federation political scene into turmoil. For the first time since the nation's founding, there was no central "Great Unifier" figure that was the obvious pick for the head-of-state position. As a result, the people of the Xin-Fael Federation were forced to actually take a look into the complex web of political leanings, policies, and personalities that made up the sixteen candidates for the 2132 Elections. Of particular note were three figures at the forefront: Chung Young-Soon, the current Speaker of the Legislative Yuan, Thandirion Naud Rehdron, the leader of the National Progressive Party, and Arana Ayrenn Lyre of the People's Independent Party.
In terms of policies, the three front-runners of the race had slightly varying takes on national defense, healthcare, race relations, etc, but all had agreed on the rising importance of the Xin-Fael Federation on the global stage. With civil wars breaking out throughout several Serene Ether states, the continued rebuilding of Conglagateia, and the rising threat of the Nationalist League, all three candidates were determined to ensure the continued prosperity of the Federation on Kalrania.
Following a year of campaigning and the eventual election in July, the votes were tallied, the new Prime Minister was announced: Arana Ayrenn Lyre was to serve as the second Prime Minister of the Xin-Fael Federation. This was a surprising win as the now-PM Arana was lagging behind in the polls until the very end of the election. Commentators have credited this win to the PIP's strong rural and middle-class ties which were formed through years of campaigning. The former Prime Minister Wei Wuxian congratulated the incoming Arana Ayrenn Lyre who was inaugurated on 1 Jan 2133. Within the first few days of her term, PM Arana has already visited several locations around the Federation and addressed the Legislative Yuan, briefing them on the situation overseas. It is likely that the Federation will make its move soon regarding the hostilities with the Nationalist League.

She could hear it in her mind, when all else was silent. When the billowing winds were behind the walls, when the crackling of the fire had stopped, when even her own breathing had melded with the quiet ambience...that was when it came.

Reminding her that every second that passed was another fragment of her life going by.

And then the wind was heard, and the Nightmare Queen let out the faintest sigh of relief. It was hell to be trapped with nothing but her own thoughts. Much better to think about distant things. Foreign things. Wars where thousands would die and she didn’t have to pretend to care for even a moment, because there was nothing she could do about it even if she wanted to. The only situation in which powerlessness was relaxing.
The rest of the time it was infuriating. Here she was, a being of much greater power than the feeble mortal whose lives ticked away every passing moment, trapped as nothing more than the ruler of a single island and a few glorified icebergs off the coast. So far away from everything that mattered to everyone else. It was the isolation she’d wanted, when she’d first arrived here. The escape. The opportunity that came with no prying eyes. And now, as the chained masses basked downstairs in her spectral shadow, she could not help but feel a tinge of envy for the dead and dying.
At least they were in the thick of it. The midst of the fray. Making, in tiny increments, a slow and painful difference. Here she could do nothing-

Fate would move as she willed. It was only a matter of giving an appropriate nudge. And there was rather too much going on at the moment for the Grand Empire she’d established to matter in the grand scheme of things. On the one hand, a travesty- but on the other hand, an opportunity.
