Edit: To better explain the TAS, you have to remember that most of the current nu.bers are CAS. Sam's most powerful (Calsnova) attack put him at 2.49 billion CAS, yet his TAS is only 600 million or something, I'd have to look it up. Vasile, one of the only actual TAS that isn't Enochian, currently can hit up to 12 billion CAS but has a TAS of 1.7 billion or so.

Going back to the post, the only one of the two they could read has a TAS of 20 billion.

I may have had the numbers wrong in my head then. For some reason I thought Scotti was a 9bill and Duncan was somewhere around there. But going back to my notes I seem to have added afew nonexistent zeros. Duncan only has 90 mill or something pre rematch

A spinning heel flashes towards Jacob face causing him to, based on sheer reflex of just seeing something already about to hit his face, pulls up his arm so that it is tightly bound over the area of contact so as to block with his opposite arm pressed up against it for additional support. The strike hits hard and true against his forced block as he stands firm, trying to fight against the power of the strike in an effort to not get blown away. But Iris is strong, stronger than Jacob was prepared to deal with since their entire last bout had him in Gear 4th. Even with armament haki reinforcing his block, which to his merit does not break, he is sent reeling down the beach as Iris continues to stand in wait.

Careening down the beach shore Jacob is thrown against the ground for several meters away from his trainers assistant before grinding to a halt, partially preparing himself mentally for her powers to kick in but they do not...she's already proven to have superb control over how powerful her powers hit, stands reason to conclude she has the ability to simply not use them at all. But that is merely a side note right now. Jacob's forearm, having taken the full force of that strike to save his face, is already swelling several times normal size despite the extra protection provided by haki. Had he not use armament in that same instant to defend, or worse had it made clean contact wit his face.....just what kind of lesson was that supposed to be? And more importantly-

Slippin up into his defencive stance Jacob was certainly wipe eyed to be met with the split second sight of Iris's heal heading for his face, crossing his arms over his face in a reactionary response to defend himself along with his arms beefing up with the black armour. <Titan Reinforcement!> Even with his custom art he felt the sheer force in Iris's attack as he was sent careening down the beach, credit to him though that he didn't falter in his skid until he stopped. Falling to one knee and looking over to Iris and Pearle with haki his eyes dart to his swelling arm as he releases his custom art. It was difficult to move his arm before he suddenly flexed it and a familiar steam rises off of it, reducing the swelling and the severe bruise that she left behind from the spike kick with a smile on his face.

The smile, while confident, was an uneasy one. He had no idea why his haki didn't warn him about that second attack... She did so much damage to him in just one attack and he felt it, an attack like his would have done him in back before his involvement in the civil war. "You were really holding back on me in that fight. Not cool Iris." He says with a less uneasy smile but one filled with... Excitement? "I couldn't even sense that attack... Are you somehow using Haki to disrupt my own?" He had no idea, he was pretty much spitballing what came to mind as he got back up on his feet and rolling the shoulder of the arm she bruised. "Or... Did you somehow mask your Haki entirely...? I can't read your life energy if I can't feel it. Or... Ooooh!!" He says before tapping his nose as his smile grew even wider "How I sense you! You've cut out all emotion so I can't sense you that way! That right?"

Watching a youtube video of stressful countdowns in games which, for some reason, instantly made me think of a Nen Power (Hunter Hunter) that would probably be STUPID overpowered.

Imagine if someone developed a Nen power where, once activated, they are on a time limit. As the countdown ticks away, they gradually get stronger and stronger in an effort to win whatever fight they are in. If they fail to defeat their opponent within the timelimit- They die. No rez, GG. They just die. That's the thought that popped into my head on the spot, fine tuning could come up with something better/more clear cut. I just think that's a neat idea of a Nen power :P
