The Gorbastani counter-offensive will be aimed at severely crippling the Slatish economy. A secure Naval blockade with a mix of Assam-Class attack submarines and Pekoe-Class Attack submarines. The "Convoy catcher" detachment will be paired with three Legault Destroyers. Capable of coastal bombardment, the Navy will run a near impenetrable naval blockade, in the attempt to starve the Slatish population. All sent from the Shavaran military production and port facility.

The fort is raided for supplies and the troops involved in the siege are awarded with a party that night. The following day, the King of Castile issued direct orders to the army that the capture of the French King was the top priority. So, the army began the march to the King’s Stronghold.

TRAGEDY HAS STRUCK THE EMPIRE TODAY!

In an incident labeled as an "Accidental Miscommunication", recently appointed Iron Chancellor Alexander Watts has been shot dead by his own Iron Guard! Witnesses claim that they heard gunshots from his office in the Palace of Jurisdiction. First responders claim that when they arrived, they found the Chancellor with four large gunshot wounds in his chest, with both of his personal Iron Guard missing two rounds each from their rifles.

The Chancellor was rushed to Sofia General Hospital for intensive care, where he currently reaides in critical condition. When questioned, both Guards claim the same story.

"We reveived orders to fire on Watts."

Footage from the Office Security System show that neither Watts nor the Guards spoke at all during the incident. The validity of the Guards' statements are in question at the moment due to various reasons. More on this sitiation as the story develops.

The Empress Hajira stood by the window of the hotel suite in Abadong. The room was ornate, almost garish to the austere tastes of the Charitian Empress. However, she imagined in the eyes of a western ruler it was quite beautiful. It was almost the time for the climate conference to start. A formal invitation had been sent to every ruler in Valsora, to discuss the growing issue.

In her eyes, this was pressing. Mercy, built on a floodplain between sheltering mountain ranges, was at risk. The supertyphoon Ave Maria had caused much greater damage then expected. In light of the situation, the Charitian empress had decided to launch this conference, whether it would pan out was another matter.

She had hired several speakers, however, if they didn't show up, she had prepared a few for herself. This would be an interesting event, to say the least.

With a sigh, she placed her golden crown upon her dark hair, smiled into the mirror, and made her way down to the hotel's greeting hall. An ornate and tidy place, with marble floors and mahogany tables. She straightened her back, and awaited their arrival, smiling at the busy hosts as they prepared the place. Food had been emplaced, as well as a drinks bar.

Does anyone else wish that some of the telegrams from the leadership were just a bit shorter? Some of them are like trying to read about the history of tax laws or something.
