This nation was born from a hatred of non-humans, who came along and took away their basic ways of life... and turned it against them. They turned capitalist into communism, took away their weapons, and took away their wages. Because of this, the humans rebelled, took back their rights, and established an tyranny that would do as it must to end the non-humans.

Stuff on that one bio weapon:
To combat this virus in the future, we are developing a vaccine from this inoculation, and creating our own bio weapon based on it. The new project, Project Sleeping Plague, is developing a “sleeper agent.” This virus can stay dormant with our a host, and is activated by living matter. This virus originally had no effect, but it was found that it mutated much, much faster than normal viruses, making a broad spectrum anti-viral necessary. However, this virus only shows deadly attributes by the 20th mutation, which can take months. By then, so many different strains would have branched off the original that only 10% of the original viral dna is found in the mutations. This is currently still under development, and is only a last resort weapon that is designated T-193R.

TIB Tactics
The TIB is often the most brutal branch, more brutal than the mafia that kindled its origins. These aren’t Muslim terrorists or that sort either, these were the elite of the elite of an elite army, and their record proves it. They are extremely efficient at causing terror, targeting industry, and using brainwashed moles. The most common tactic (against non-humans of course) is to capture and brainwash the enemy, and send it in a inconspicuous suicide bomber. Even the brainwashed person doesn’t know they have a 20 kilo block of H6 surgically attached to them, with a dead man’s trigger and remote detonation. This tactic is extremely efficient against non-human sympathizers. Another tactic is to gas out buildings with noxious and deadly gasses, forcing out enemy heads of state for massacre via machine guns.
