Nuclear wastelands wrote:Did you ever hear the tragedy of The Hunchback of Notre Dame the Good? I thought not. It's not a story the French would tell you. It's a Church legend. The Hunchback of Notre Dame was a friend of the Church, so good and so caring he could use his strength to save lives… He had such a knowledge of the good in people's hearts that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The pursuit of love is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so strong… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his Chapel, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he saved everyone from the fire, and then could not escape at the last moment. Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.

Umm, you left out the part where he wanted to die alone in his burning church.

I'm thoroughly convinced that Mega Man is better than Overwatch.

Overwatch is just a really bad game now

Then that's a problem for the couple to deal with, I just don't think we should have a voice for it in politics.

When the sequels have nothing to do with the source material.

I'm not sure women should have exclusive and unquestioned rights to end a baby's life when the childbirth is not threatening to the health of the mother or the baby; there are much better ways to not have to deal with raising a child for the rest of your life. In Michigan we have a law where you can drop a baby off at a government institution within like 24 hours of birth or something and they'll take it, no questions asked from what I understand.
Of course, if it threatens anyone's health directly then they should be able to imo. But I can't think of any other reasons that they'd need to. I just think more states should have laws like the aforementioned one we have.

Yeah we probably shouldn't have this discussion, it tends to get pretty bad. Also the law is 72 hours
