Don't worry about raiders as we are effectively raider proof. The WA bod has no powers (non-executive), ASE and I hold the keys to the serious powers as I know WA bod can be taken out in a raid. ....I'm not quite stupid enough to make it possible for raiders to do anything to the region other than be a minor annoyance.

What gets me is that none of the raiders read the RMB message that states "raiders will be laughed at".

I guess this was just a game between raiders and defenders. Because your WA role doesn't come with any other powers, there's no point trying to raid this region.
But in the context of a game, the raiders won, cos their candidate got made WA.

How ever it was a massive waste of their time as you point out the WA bod has no powers. Don't have a huge problem with the "raid" as if they are wasting thier time here they are not wreaking some other poor region.

In fact, this might have been a practice run for an invasion elsewhere. It takes a lot of organisation to get 12 (I counted) people into a region, and to endorse someone, only seconds before the update. If there were new recruits, it's probably better to do training in a region like this one. That way, if the defenders had won, it's easily written off as a training run. If they'd tried it in a region with an executive delegate, it's harder to say "yeah, but we were only practicing" if they'd lost.
