Considering the map and the WU's structure, I would think that you were at least one of the poles in the past century. The Imperium possesses the largest landmass (pretty insignificant until combined with...), an overseas insular territory (small, may serve a semi-OOC role), and two client states (or things resembling such).

	│ PREAMBLE

	The Department of Internal Affairs, Kraja Doma, and the presidential cabinet has agreed upon a decision between the ongoing conflict with Rijekan seperatists, with a 5-year peace treaty between Rijekan forces and Rusrunia. (AS OF DECEMBER 05, 2024, THE RIJEKAN SEPARATISTS HAVE AGREED ON THE DECISION)

	SECTION I :: PEACE TREATY
○	A 5-year treaty between Rusrunia and the seperatists, starting in effect in January 1, 2025, and will expire in January 1, 2030.

○	All units of the Respublika Rusrunia, Republika Rusrunia and the Rijekan Republic must cease fire and halt operations

○	The Rijekan Republic will not be officially recognized by Rusrunia, however the Government will still help provide war reperations.

○	All Rusrunian forces will abandon bases within Rijeka Kraja, and will no longer patrol within both the Kraja and the separatist occupied areas

	SECTION II :: HUMANITARIAN CRISIS
○	The Ministry of Healthcare will fund 2bln -- using it to maintain their workforce in the area, issuing medical equipment and other

○	The Rusrunian govt., third party companies and the Rijekan Kraja will fund 5bln on reconstruction of civilian infrastructure and temporary housing

○	NGOs will be permitted to enter the occupied areas

○	The govt. will pay 10bln of war reperations to people affected and 2bln to the Rijekan separatists
