Diplomacy isn't really a thing TAI or TGW do, assuming by diplomat you refer to what most on this site call an ambassador. Our embassies are highly stable relationships.

I mean, just being a part of this region means you're representing it. You could go to the forums and be your own (though unofficial) TWI diplomat.

Anyways I wanted to move my second nation here how do I do it?
Log in to your second, go to World, find TAI, scroll down to the section under our WFE and embassies. There should be a button to move, with red text reading:
"Move [nation] to the Amaranthine Isles!"
