Liam walks out of the room, leaving Julia with Sarah and Samantha. Sarah speaks gently;

Sarah gives Julia a small smile, as does Samantha coming to stand beside her kneeling mother. They both wait for a response from the emotionally and mentally exhausted looking girl.

- Sarah: "After we get you registered for everything tomorrow, I'll take you and Samantha here in a shopping trip to help you get some things to wear and so we can begin to personalize your room. The deal is that after dinner tonight you clean yourself off in a shower and then get in some warm clothes for bed, only then will I take you shopping, so what do you say? Do we have a deal?"
The little girl looks out the window smiling and she turns around smiling ear to ear
Julia:"I think we have a deal...thank you Mrs.Phillips...your showing me that there are still good people in this world...i was beginning to lose hope in humanity...."

Sarah smiled before she spoke again;
- Sarah: "Dear Girl, you are about to find that this nation is one with more humanity than most, but you live in this house now, no more misses Phillips, we're on a first name basis now."
When Sarah finishes, Samantha speaks, her black hair and green eyes sparking with life;
- Sarah: "Don't worry, about that, now, speaking of dinner, I think we should get the cockatrice Zygol-carbonara with penne and angel hair pastas going. Do you wanna help make it, Julia?"
Julia looks at Sarah and Samantha before giving them a semi skeptical look....
Julia:"I've never helped anyone cook or cook before..we've always had a person to do that....but sure I'm always willing to try something new...."

Kido stands away from the crime scene. The area has been surrounded by several Kenpeitai armored personnel carriers and a Honshu heavy assault walker towers over the wreck, its spot lights and cannons bearing down on the people below.
Kido stares distrustfuly the Zygoltianese before turning to an aid and speaking in hushed Japanese.

Samantha feigned a disbelieving look before speaking in a dramatic tone;

All the while Samantha pulled Julia through the house toward the kitchen.
Julia just goes with the flow and allows Samantha to drag her to the kitchen.when they reach the kitchen Julia stands there staring at the stuff on the counter then her blue eyes are alive with excitement and fire...for now anyway

The kitchen is a relaxed room, white cabinets, stainless steel gas appliances, gray marble countertops, a stove hood is over the stove, the microwave is next to it in a drawer fashion, the island has a farmhouse sink and dishwasher in it. Samantha simply smirks as she responds;

She opens the cabinet and begins grabbing out several pots, a skillet, a cutting board. She turns to Julia;

Rumors
Kido is a ghost... there are no records of anything. The Intelligence Minister is untraceable. However it should be noted, Kido controls the Kenpeitai, the most ruthless and brutal Military police force on Alterra... he also controls the Chōhō kikan, Japan’s foreign intelligence agency.
The Kenpeitai, upon the success of the revolution, took over many Shardin intelligence agencies, and have access to an untold amount of information...
Kido is not to be trifled with. Upon entering Japan, two of the three agents go missing, and the third might realize they’re being watched...
The remaining agent would find that Emperor Hiroku made his brother, Prince Riku, and sister, Crown Princess Ichika, dissapear, after they denounced him for his sexuality... the Emperor has one remaining sybling, Princess Hanae, who is beloved by the Japanese people and her brother. However Hanae has no children, and is currently just engaged to her fiancé.
There are however... incidents... at the age of eighteen, Hiroku was locked in rooms with women by his grand mother, Empress Kasura, who was determined to see him produce and air. What is known is Hiroku never speaks of the incidents, and was greatly traumatized by them. The Emperor is known to hide his stress under drugs, alcohol, and physical pleasures; New Tokyo’s clubs.
One thing is for certain, the Japanese are not entirely blind to what is going on. At the moment there are... suspicions... but for now nothing more.
