The Provisional Parliament of Owl Archipelago has finally finished writing a new constitution. This constitution will repair the issues that caused Miguel Ramalho Pontes' coup and the Owlian Civil War. Now this new constitution has been put to a vote in a referendum for all the citizens of the nation to vote on. After this referendum, if the new constitution gets passed, parliament elections will follow and hopefully this beautiful nation will finally recover from the Civil War.
