Nomination of Justice Sma Cyrillic for Silver Member of the Order of Thaecia

Over the past few hours, the actions of Justice Sma Cyrillic (hence forth referred to as "Shadow") saved the region from a great injustice. The atrocious crime I am referring to is the subversion and attempted coup by former Electoral Commissioner Ashlawn. Justice Shadow, upon being alerted to possible discrepancies by the would be victims of this crime, demanded that the Electoral Commissioner grant them access to see the edits. They demanded this at least four times, across various channels and servers throughout Thaecian Discord. When Ashlawn continued to stonewall the noble Justice's efforts, he gave an ultimatum¹ that unless Ashlawn stopped and handed the incriminating files over, they would make moves to remove Ashlawn. These attempts went unanswered, and Shadow indicted the Electoral Commissioner for Contempt of Court, a felony under Thaecian law. Ashlawn resigned from his office and fled the region to Conch Kingdom, a historical rival with Thaecia who we have OOC issues with. Justice Shadow's noble actions made them the most prominent figure in stopping this horrendous subversion of our democracy.

However, the actions of the past few hours are not all the Justice has done. Shadow is a two term Speaker and current Justice of the High Court. They've been incredibly active in the region for a long time and have been a friend to many. While they have a noticeable lack of experience in the executive (a large part of why I'm not nominating for Grand Member), they are an experienced Thaecian who has a noticeable lack of scandals. Their participation in the recent Spygate controversy was completely negligible in all ways. They are a model Thaecian.

Former President Brototh warned against making these nominations a sign of retirement. As far as I'm aware, Justice Shadow has no intention of leaving any time soon. I was conflicted for quite a while about whether to nominate for Silver or Grand Member, and ultimately decided to nominate for Silver for a variety of reasons. 1), Shadow has very little experience in the executive. 2), they simply haven't been in the region or been as integral to the region as, say, the Founders, Brototh, or Altys, the only current Grand Members of the Order of Thaecia. However, I would say their accomplishments are roughly equal to Zon, another current Silver Member of the Order. Justice Shadow is an exemplary Thaecian in all ways, and I hope that they are accepted into the Order of Thaecia.

Please Mr. President Andusre, make the right choice in this.
