Daily reminder that I am running for the Presidency. Our last executive candidates promised us to rebuild the region. While we can argue if they succeeded or not, the state of the region is still shameful. A crawling legislative, our main major parties braindead, an inactive Head of State and some foreign problems. My counterpart even had the audacity to make false statements about my character in his campaign platform he perfectly knew were false. Of course, he removed it after criticism and pressure, but the question is why put this in the platform in the first place? This was a low blow, he agreed on that; the second we pressed him to remove it he did. Without even defending his thoughts. Would it be worth voting for him knowing this?

Furthermore, he proposes himself as a person over partisan politics, working with everyone, tied to these "new players" in the Thaecian political game. Can we consider this a good reason? Is not the position for which we are running supposed to be over the politics and here? How is he supposed to "make the region better", when his policies only are additions, and he did not present us his attentions to fix Thaecia's wounds?
- As Cerdenia told us, few actually care about the other's people work in the legislative. Even I could not tell a major part of what was voted.

- Secondly, his Civil List idea is completely and utterly useless. He sure took it from a region where it may work, but here, we do not need a list for the residents to take part in the government. When someone wants to participate in the executive, they simply contact the minister, and on the opposite when a minister needs help, they make a TG & Discord announcement.

- Thirdly, he openly said another false thing in his campaign platform I discovered yesterday night. "Thaecian Unions. Not political parties, but unions. Having been here for over a year, it has become clear that there is no way for special-interest groups to form a good defense against decisions that might hurt or affect their communities. One example of this happening is the handling of the Roleplay Department. All due credit to Islonia on that, by the way, but the decisions made by the government often leave that community reeling, either from interferences, or something else." First, his union ideas could flop due to the nature of NS, even if we can find it interesting, there is a little chance of re-creating lobbies in this game. Then, apparently, the Roleplay Community is "reeling" either from interferences or apparently some unknown thing we don't know will happen. Well, Titanne, I'd like to know where you got this. Because the Roleplay is doing perfectly fine, and no interference problem happened. Moreover, you perfectly know that the roleplay community is capable of rejecting a Thaecian law interfering in it if they deem it unfair and stupid; even if it was voted by both chambers.
The idea of unions in itself isn't bad, and we can even find a way to adapt it in NS. After all, here the roleplay is represented by me & Brototh when it comes to outside interference. We do not need "union" but as the President or even a simple citizen, you could represent one part of the electorate. Because ideas are not the same, and one union, let's say a diplomatic one, for example, would have problems lobbying the congress if you have different ideas within it.

The deeper you think about it, and more you see Titanne's idea as to how he presents it isn't viable in its current state. In theory, it's a great idea, but in practice, it is not viable.
- Fourthly, reports are indeed a good idea. But, Titanne, you forget that you are not in discord, and if we need one area to reproach you for this, it's in the weekly reports. How will you make sure everything is ready? Enforcing your decree over this, helping when people struggle, say this could be done differently? Weekly reports are a nightmare to do because it is hard to keep everything up-to-date. And for this task, we need YOU to do that, not Antenion. This is the only problem I can reproach you for not having discord.

- Fifthly, I would like to end on a lighter argument. "I’ve fought for what’s best for the region instead of what’s best for me". You did not. No one does. Anyone holding an office will always fight for the idea he thinks is the best for the region. But in the end, it often isn't.

This big message isn't a low blow or a personal attack. I am just attacking Titanne's character and campaign in the Presidential Race. He was even informed beforehand that such post was coming. :)
