It was Over Texas! Just got home. The La Vibora was my favorite of the ones I managed to ride today. Shame the Judge Roy Scream was closed. It was on my LIST.
I actually voted for that one because of the number of snowflakes bitching about it.
Anytime DeBartolo's team loses it makes me smile. I know it is petty. I know he doesn't own the team anymore. But I also that everytime Jr's team losses, even now, he has an epic tantrum. And yes, that makes me smile.
Does Fiesta Texas still have the roller coaster that is more or less built into the cliff?

World Cancer Day
Sooner or later, it seems, cancer has an impact on us all. That’s why World Cancer Day on February 4 is an important day to raise awareness about prevention, detection, and treatment. Started by the Union for International Cancer Control in 2008, World Cancer Day activities seek to significantly reduce illness and death caused by cancer by 2020.
How to Observe World Cancer Day
Get Social Join the #WeCanIcan, Support Through Sport, and Thundercalp campaigns on social media. For the more adventurous, you can also check out #nohairselfie on Facebook or Twitter.
Take a Moment And Commit Take a moment to reflect on cancer's impact on you—and commit to taking a positive action, whether it is donating time or money, scheduling a doctor's appointment or making a healthier choice at mealtime today.
Reach Out And Remember Take a moment to connect with your loved ones who have been touched by the big "C."
Why World Cancer Day is Important
One-Third of the Most Common Cancers Can Be Prevented There is a lot that can be done at an individual, community and policy level with the right strategies for cancer prevention. Taking the time to understand what you, your family and community can do to make a difference can have a huge impact on just one person.
Cancer Does Have Warning Signs For many cancers, there are warning signs and symptoms and the benefits of early detection are indisputable. As busy as you may be, taking time to get that check-up and speak with your doctor can help create awareness and peace of mind.
Talking About Cancer Can Actually Help Everyone Heal While cancer can be a difficult topic to address, particularly in some cultures and settings, dealing with the disease openly can improve outcomes at an individual, community and policy level. Knowing where to go for help and being part of a larger support network can help everyone feel part of the solution.

Certification thing? Trying to fit the teachers with the right certs into the classes those certificates apply?
There ain't no "poised" about it. It is a done deal. This latest play in the ongoing coup by the left is over.
But wait, the Democrats aren't finished tearing up the Constitution yet. I'm sure there are a couple more chapters left in this saga.
The only reason that classless troll will still have a job next January is that she comes from a district where the majority of voters are crazier than she is.
Don't think so? Take a look at San Francisco. The people with brains and/or money are fleeing the city and state at a rate that is staggering the real estate market. While this has city managers crying the blues, those same law givers are repealing laws against public urination and defecation and tying the hands of police when it comes to enforcing just about any misdemeanor or simple drug possession charge.
All this while residents and visitors have to run a gauntlet of "aggressive" pan handlers while sidestepping crap and needles in the street.
If anyone deserves one, it is Rush. I hope he can beat the lung cancer.
No, I don't think it was a matter of certification. That rarely matters when working as a substitute. Most of the time you're simply a babysitter while the kids do worksheets or bookwork. Any content knowledge is a bonus.
How were the Democrats tearing up the Constitution? Just because you don't agree with their actions does not make it unconstitutional.
The impeachment of President Trump is unconstitutional because: —There was no quid pro quo. —If there was a quid pro quo, that is business as usual among nations. It is very rare that one nation does something for another nation without at least having a favor to call in later. —The fact that Joe Biden is running for President does not excuse him from investigation, even by the person he might run against. —The Schiff Show that lead up to the vote to impeach was about as unconstitutional as one can get with the Democrats refusing to produce the whistle blower or even allow Republicans to call their own witnesses. —Even Nancy's hilarious attempt to put off the inevitable is arguably unconstitutional. —Precedent and the constitution require a bipartisan impeachment process in both houses.
Democrats are all about civil rights right up until they disagree with those rights. The Second Amendment is one clear example where Democrats would love to shred the constitution. Take look at what prominent Democrats have to say on the Second Amendment and other rights in this nation: —“If you want to have a gun in your house, I think you’re pretty stupid — particularly if you have kids — but I guess you have a right to do that.” Michael Bloomberg —"Banning guns addresses a fundamental right of all Americans to feel safe." Sen. Dianne Feinstein —"When we got organized as a country, [and] wrote a fairly radical Constitution, with a radical Bill of Rights, giving radical amounts of freedom to Americans, it was assumed that Americans who had that freedom would use it responsibly .... When personal freedom is being abused, you have to move to limit it." Bill Clinton —"If I could have banned them all - 'Mr. and Mrs. America turn in your guns' - I would have!" Diane Feinstein —“I don’t believe people should to be able to own guns.” Barack Obama —"We need to fix our dysfunctional political system and get unaccountable money out of it once and for all, even if that takes a constitutional amendment." Hillary Clinton —"These are public airwaves and the public should be entitled to a fair presentation." Sen. Dianne Feinstein arguing for a bill that would effectively silence conservative talk radio
I'm sure I'm leaving something out, but there's a starter for you.
Edit: Let me leave you with the thoughts of one of America's most prominent liberals, a man who voted for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, and a nationally recognized Constitutional lawyer, professor of Constitutional law and expert on the document itself, Mr. Alan Derhowitz: https://thehill.com/opinion/judiciary/473849-two-house-articles-of-impeachment-fail-to-meet-constitutional-standards
Don't know about anyone else, but we thought that was one of the most rousing State of the Union messages we have seen in years. That was really a nice gesture to Rush Limbaugh and brining home the soldier on his fourth tour was very touching. The chronicling of the successes accomplished in America was a nice reminder to naysayers. Shoot, just yesterday we went shopping for a new, bigger, shinier, wheelbarrow to help bring all that green home from Wall Street. And Nancy, so petty. Sheesh, give us a break. What a Drama Queen.
