I joined NationStates on December 8, 2017 and my 2nd NS Anniversary is coming up soon - on December 8, 2019. Nyah ha ha ha! :)
I have 4.236 billion citizens, my Regional rank is 112th and I am not even in the middle of the pack. Ouch!

Therefore, it took me 712 days to acquire 4.236 billion citizens. :)

I am very glad to inform everyone that I am finally well enough to be discharged from hospital today and was discharged from hospital this evening. Yiihaa! It is great to be home again. I missed sleeping next to the love of my life, my beloved wife Leia and being able to serenade her with love songs upon waking up every morning. :)
I would like to thank all of you from the bottom of my still recovering heart for your prayers for my recovery which are GREATLY appreciated by me. The daily posts and BINGO game will resume on Monday. I am still tired and would like to rest for a few more days.

***** Texas Saturday Breakfast *****
Yeehaw! Saturday breakfast time! Since it is supposed to be getting cold here in NewAustin, we have to round up the critters and put them in the barn, so today will be Saturday Cowboy Breakfast! Everything will be cooked the "Cowboy Way" - over a campfire next to the chuck wagon. Cowboys don't mess around and eat well for their first meal of the day. Dutch Ovens and cast iron skillets are the tools of the trade. First on the menu is Biscuits and Gravy! Dutch ovens are loaded to the edge with scratch-made, super-fluffy, fresh buttermilk biscuits cooked to perfection. Skillets are loaded full of whole-hog, hot, spicy, breakfast sausage patties. The sausage is then chopped and mixed with flour and milk to make the sawmill gravy that will top the glorious biscuits. These bad boys will fill you up fast. It doesn't get much better than this! Not into sausage? Double-Cut Ham Steaks with plenty of redeye gravy are sizzling away and ready to go. Split a couple of those biscuits in half and slap a slab in there for some really good eats! Need an egg in your breakfast? Cookie is frying them up in bacon grease and slapping them on a biscuit for a handheld treat. And that bacon is something else! It is an Applewood-smoked slice of thick-cut, slab pepper bacon fried up just right. It is especially good crumbled up and sprinkled over a mountain of Cheese Grits. Be sure and grab one of those Kielbasa Sausage Wraps! Real cowboys don't do juice, so, No Juice Bar today. We do have plenty of Moo Juice straight off the tap or pasteurized and processed and ice-cold, your choice. Start your day off the right way; munch out and go back to sleep. Of course, The Never Ending Urn of Coffee is full and ready to help you wash it all down. Come on down and start your day right Texas. You know you want to!®
Our friends over in United vinceland have a new Special Breakfast Beverage of the Day for us! Vincent has made yet another special request for today, Smoky S'Mores Root Beer Float! This treat is a root beer float with both vanilla AND chocolate ice cream AND root beer! We could stop right there, but ol' Vince wants us to guild the lily, so we melt some chocolate chips and drizzle them all over the top and around the rim, then we crunch up some graham crackers and sprinkle them over the melted chocolate, making them stick in there and to top it all off, we mount a couple of marshmallows on the rim and light 'em up with the ol' blowtorch! Woo! Get you some of that! Mmmm! Thank you, Vincent!

Speech & Campaign Week starts Sunday, December 1, 2019. Election Week will start on Sunday, December 8, 2019. And, Election Results will be announced at High Noon on Sunday, December 15, 2019!
If you have any new positions to propose, there is a place for that. You only have about 1¼ days left to do it. Tick, Tock... If you would like to make some Constitutional Amendments, have Repeals to offer and or would like to propose new Articles, then you have until December 8, 2019 - 14 more days of discussion! December is just around the corner, and that means 2019 is coming to an end. Whether you're bracing yourself to eat massive amounts of leftover turkey in a few days or just waiting for 2019 to be over, it's time to look forward to the next year. But wait! The fifth annual Forest Photo Contest is here to spice up the last month of the year! Here's what you need to know: 🌲 We have four categories once again this year:
🌲 You may submit up to 12 photos total. You may choose how to divide those among the different categories, but please do not submit more than 12. 🌲 Please post your photos in the appropriate thread on our forums, located 🌲 The photos must be taken by you, but can be taken at any time (not just during the contest). 🌲 Anyone in Forest or in a region which has an embassy with Forest may submit photographs for the Contest. 🌲 Timing: Submissions will be open from November 24 at 00:00 GMT (7:00pm Nov 23 EST) to December 23rd at 23:59 GMT. Voting will begin on December 24th at 23:59 GMT and end December 31st at 23:59 GMT, so that we will select the winners in the first minutes of 2020! 🌲 Voting will take place on a Google Form. Needless to say, please no puppeteering! 🌲 The photographers with the top three photographs in each category will have their photos acknowledged on our RMB, on our World Factbook Entry, and potentially in our next foreign update. A banner will also be created with a collage of the top photos to applaud the winners, and participants in the competition will be encouraged to add it as their nation's custom banner. Forest's flag will also be changed to the 1st place photos in each category for a week after the Contest. Now it's time to head out and start photographing! Good luck to everyone! It is our great pleasure to announce that once again, the long-awaited Texas Elections process has begun on the offsite forum! The Third Trimester 2019 Texas Elections start ***TODAY***! Currently, we are accepting nominations for 4 positions of the Texas Cabinet. We are also accepting nominations for the 5 positions of the Texas Representative Council! All nations are free to make nominations whether they are registered on the offsite forum or not. If you are not registered, we ask that you sign your post with your nation name and send us a telegram on NationStates so we can confirm it was your nomination and not someone off the street. Nominations close at High Noon (GMT -6) Sunday, December 1, 2019. Constitutional matters close Sunday, December 8, 2019.

Hey everyone, you might remember me as the nation 'Britain, France and Ireland' when I used to post on the RMB sometimes. I must admit I completely forgot about this game for a while.
