***** Texas Saturday Breakfast *****
Saturday breakfast time! Since we just picked up one freaking ginormous Birthday Cake for our birthday and know that no valiant effort to eat it all will meet with success because there is just too much caek, so, today we will be presenting Birthday Cake For Breakfast Saturday! We will be offering up all-you-can-eat birthday cake! This behemoth is our favorite - white cake with white buttercream icing with lots of baby blue roses. We are of the opinion that there is no such thing as a "wrong time" for birthday cake. To supplement this breakfast delicacy, we will provide coffee and lots of it. Today's choices will include an impressive array from around The World. We have coffee from such exotic locales as Columbia, Brazil, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Peru, Vietnam, Sumatra, Uganda, and Ethiopia. We will even break out the Super Funky with Malaysian Kopi Luwak. Yep, that coffee... The Juice Bar is closed today because juice just does not go with birthday cake. But if you just have to have something fruity, we will stir you up a glass of Tang. Of course, the "Texas Regular" Never Ending Urn of Coffee is full and ready to help you wash away all that icing. Texas coffee doesn't get much better. Come on down and start your day right Texas. You know you want to!®

The Texas Fantasy Football League is up and is looking for teams! The Season starts September 5th. We are going to Auto Draft on September 1st. Are you ready for some football?
All Texans and friends of Texans are eligible to play. Shoot, we will even take a friend of a friend if you have a buddy who wants to play. Football fans should not be denied.
We currently have 6 Head-to-Head teams. At this point, if you want to play, you have to bring a friend so we have an even number. We will also have a Pick 'Em league if you want to go that way or go for both! The more the merrier. The season starts in 5 days. We are locking teams at this time tomorrow!

First Officer so that when my Dad winds up getting himself incapacitated when leading one of those away teams I’ll get a field promotion to Captain. :p
Science Officer cause just being the First Officer doesn't seem interesting enough.
or B) Chief Engineer so I can be the next "Scotty" :)
